Omschrijving onderdeel 6: WASGEBOUW (Putterweg bij 232, op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nummer 6).
Het WASGEBOUW uit omstreeks 1907 bevindt zich op het voorerf van de boerderij (zie hiervoor onderdeel 5) en is een in halfsteens verband gemetseld gebouw met een zadeldak met gesmoorde Muldenpannen. Het gebouw werd als wasgebouw van het grote landhuis gebruikt. De nok van het zadeldak staat haaks op de boerderij. De korte voorgevel heeft een toegangsdeur met een bovenlicht in een getoogd en door een segmentboog afgesloten deurkozijn. Aan weerszijden hiervan bevindt zich een rondboogvormig ijzeren stalraam. In de linker- en in de rechtergevel bevinden zich grote getoogde ijzeren stalramen. De achtergevel is blind.
In het interieur bevindt zich nog de oorspronkelijke (in slechte staat verkerende) ijzeren wasinrichting, afkomstig van de firma Zimmerman Wasinrichtingen uit Utrecht.
Waardering
Het WASGEBOUW is van cultuurhistorisch belang:
- als voorbeeld van een eenvoudig vrijstaand gebouw waarin een wasinrichting was ondergebracht;
- wegens de functionele en ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

Description
Description component 6: LAUNDRY BUILDING (Putterweg near 232, indicated with number 6 on the attached map).
The LAUNDRY BUILDING from circa 1907 is located on the farmyard of the farmhouse (see component 5 above) and is a building laid in half-brick bond with a gabled roof with damped Mulden tiles. The building was used as a laundry for the large country house. The ridge of the gabled roof is at right angles to the farmhouse. The short front facade has an entrance door with a fanlight in an arched door frame closed by a segmental arch. On either side of this is a round-arched iron stable window. In the left and right facades are large arched iron stable windows. The rear facade is blank.
In the interior is still the original (in poor condition) iron laundry installation, from the company Zimmerman Wasinrichtingen from Utrecht.
Valuation
The LAUNDRY BUILDING is of cultural historical importance:
- as an example of a simple freestanding building in which a laundry installation was housed;
- because of the functional and spatial relationship with the other components of the country house.
