Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS (Putterweg 234, op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nummer 3).
Het KOETSHUIS uit 1907-1908 heeft een rechthoekig grondvlak en houten gevels op een bakstenen plint. Het pand is gedekt met een zadeldak, waarop rode Tuiles du Nord pannen liggen.
De korte voorgevel die op de oprijlaan is gericht en de linkergevel hebben decoratieve patronen in het houtwerk. De korte gevel heeft twee omlijste klapramen en een dubbele zolderdeur met een gedeeltelijke glasvulling. Aan weerszijden van de deuren bevinden zich rechthoekige ramen. De ramen in de gevels hebben houten omlijstingen. De linker zijgevel heeft dubbele staldeuren met aan weerszijden een tweeruits klapraam met een houten omlijsting. Het overstekende zadeldak rust op houten schoren. De achtergevel is blind en de rechter zijgevel heeft een staldeur met rechts daarvan één en links twee rechthoekige stalramen zonder omlijsting. Het interieur is bewaard gebleven.

Description component 3: CARRIAGE HOUSE (Putterweg 234, indicated on the accompanying map with number 3).
The CARRIAGE HOUSE from 1907-1908 has a rectangular ground plan and wooden facades on a brick plinth. The building is covered with a gabled roof, upon which red Tuiles du Nord tiles are laid.
The short front facade facing the driveway and the left facade have decorative patterns in the woodwork. The short facade has two framed casement windows and a double hayloft door with partial glazing. On either side of the doors are rectangular windows. The windows in the facades have wooden frames. The left side facade has double stable doors with on either side a two-pane casement window with a wooden frame. The overhanging gabled roof rests on wooden brackets. The rear facade is blank and the right side facade has a stable door with to its right one and to its left two rectangular stable windows without frames. The interior has been preserved.
