Inleiding
Houten PRE-FABWONING gebouwd in 1915 als jachthuis in opdracht van de heer Lebret. Het jachthuis is als bouwpakket aangeleverd door Christoph & Unmack uit het voormalig Silezië. Vanaf 1945 is het jachthuis in gebruik als woonhuis. De woning is gesitueerd temidden van de bossen, aan de rand van het natuurgebied het Deelerwoud.
Omschrijving
Houten PRE-FABWONING op een gepleisterde bakstenen voet met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een zolder afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldak gedekt met rode tuiles du Nord. Aan beide zijkanten van het huis wordt afgeweken van de rechthoekige plattegrond door een kleine uitbouw van één bouwlaag onder een doorgetrokken schild van het zadeldak. Aan de voorzijde bevindt zich een inpandige veranda. De voor- en achtergevel eindigen in een afgewolfde topgevel met verticaal houten beschot. De geprofileerde balken van de zolderverdieping lopen in de voor- en achterzijde door tot buiten de gevel. Alle gevels bestaan uit dubbele houten wanden met daartussen asfaltpapier. In de gevels bevinden zich voornamelijk vier-ruits stolpramen met een twee-ruits valraam als bovenlicht aan weerszijden geflankeerd door luiken. De begane grond bestaat uit verticale stijlen waartussen horizontale gerabatte delen. Op de nok bevinden zich twee vierkante schoorstenen afgesloten door een uitkragende rollaag.
Links in de VOORGEVEL bevindt zich een stolpraam met bovenlicht. De rechterhelft wordt in beslag genomen door een inpandige veranda met in de terug gelegen gevel de entree. Aan weerszijden van de enkele rechthoekige deur met glasindeling en ruitvormige roedenverdeling bevindt zich een stolpraam met bovenlicht. In de geveltop bevinden zich twee vensters als op de begane grond. Onder het wolfeind bevindt zich bescheiden vakwerk en een klein vier-ruits raam. De gevel wordt afgesloten door eenvoudig geprofileerde windveren.
Links tegen de LINKERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich een kleine uitbouw met een liggend twee-ruits raam in de kopse gevel met blinde zijgevels. Centraal in de gevel bevinden zich twee vensters als in de voorgevel. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een opgaand zijschild met mastgoot.
Op de begane grond van de symmetrische ACHTERGEVEL bevinden zich twee vensters als in de voorgevel. De indeling van de beschoten topgevel is identiek aan die in de voorgevel.
Links in de RECHTERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich de korte zijde van de open veranda gevolgd door een kleine aanbouw van één bouwlaag onder het doorgetrokken dakschild. In de kopse gevel van de uitbouw bevindt zich links een enkele deur met glasindeling en ruitvormige roedenverdeling. Rechts van de deur bevinden zich twee gekoppelde draairamen. In de linkerzijgevel van de uitbouw bevindt zich een twee-ruits draairaam, de rechterzijgevel is blind. Rechts van de uitbouw bevindt zich een mogelijk later geplaatst stolpraam met bovenlicht als die in de andere gevels.
Het INTERIEUR is grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat bewaard gebleven. De houten binnenwanden bestaan uit verticale delen onderbroken door houten paneeldeuren, afgesloten door balkenplafonds. De deur in de veranda geeft toegang tot de hal met trappartij en een groen betegelde schouw. In het verlengde van de hal bevindt zich de keuken. In de keuken bevindt zich onder meer een oorspronkelijke houten schouw met links daarvan een vaste keukenkast. Links van de hal en de keuken bevinden zich twee kamers, toegankelijk vanuit de hal. De trap in de hal leidt naar de zolder met drie oorspronkelijke kamers en een zolderruimte. In de rechterzijgevel bevindt zich een tweede entree tot de hal samen met de toiletten in de kleine aanbouw.

Wooden PRE-FABRICATED DWELLING on a rendered brick base with rectangular plan consisting of one storey and an attic enclosed by a hipped gabled roof covered with red tuiles du Nord. On both sides of the house there is a deviation from the rectangular plan by a small single-storey extension under a continuous extension of the hipped roof. At the front there is an integral veranda. The front and rear facades end in a hipped gable with vertical wooden boarding. The profiled beams of the attic floor extend through to outside the facade on the front and rear sides. All facades consist of double wooden walls with tarred paper between them. In the facades there are mainly four-pane casement windows with a two-pane top-hung window as fanlight flanked on both sides by shutters. The ground floor consists of vertical posts with horizontal rabbeted sections between them. On the ridge there are two square chimneys closed off by a projecting cornice.
On the left of the FRONT FACADE there is a casement window with fanlight. The right half is taken up by an integral veranda with the entrance in the recessed facade. On both sides of the single rectangular door with glazing and diamond-pattern glazing bars there is a casement window with fanlight. In the gable top there are two windows as on the ground floor. Beneath the half-hipped end there is modest timber-framing and a small four-pane window. The facade is finished with simply profiled wind braces.
On the left against the LEFT SIDE FACADE there is a small extension with a horizontal two-pane window in the gable end with blind side facades. Centrally in the facade there are two windows as in the front facade. The facade is finished with an upright side slope with drip moulding.
On the ground floor of the symmetrical REAR FACADE there are two windows as in the front facade. The arrangement of the boarded gable is identical to that in the front facade.
On the left of the RIGHT SIDE FACADE is the short side of the open veranda followed by a small single-storey extension under the continuous roof slope. In the gable end of the extension on the left there is a single door with glazing and diamond-pattern glazing bars. To the right of the door there are two coupled casement windows. In the left side facade of the extension there is a two-pane casement window, the right side facade is blind. To the right of the extension there is a possibly later installed casement window with fanlight as those in the other facades.
The INTERIOR has been largely preserved in its original state. The wooden interior walls consist of vertical sections interrupted by wooden panel doors, enclosed by beam ceilings. The door in the veranda gives access to the hall with staircase and a green tiled chimney breast. In line with the hall there is the kitchen. In the kitchen there is, among other things, an original wooden chimney breast with a fitted kitchen cupboard to the left of it. To the left of the hall and kitchen there are two rooms, accessible from the hall. The staircase in the hall leads to the attic with three original rooms and an attic space. In the right side facade there is a second entrance to the hall together with the toilets in the small extension.
