Grote vrijstaande dubbele SCHUUR opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond, in baksteen en hout. De afzonderlijke schuren worden afgedekt door een zadeldak, belegd met rode pannen.
Waardering
SCHUUR (complexonderdeel C).
-Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een dubbele schuur op een boerenerf. De dubbele schuur volgt een type dat karakteristiek is voor de streek en zich kenmerkt door het hoge zadeldak met laag doorgetrokken schilden en de beschoten topgevel.
-Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex, de dubbele schuur heeft hoge ensemblewaarden met de overige complexonderdelen en heeft door ligging en hoofdvorm mede een beeldbepalende rol in het aanzien van het complex vanaf de Ratumseweg.
