Omschrijving onderdeel B
Vrijstaande KORENSPIEKER op rechthoekige plattegrond, een bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping hoog onder een overhangend en licht uitzwenkend zadeldak belegd met pannen. Het dak bezit witgeschilderde windveren. De gevels van het huis zijn opgemetseld in veldovenstenen (deels rode en deels zwart gesintelde stenen) in kruisverband. De gevelopeningen bezitten -tenzij anders vermeld- brede kozijnen van Bentheimer zandsteen en worden aan de bovenzijde afgesloten met een gemetselde strekse boog. In de gevel bevinden zich enkele muurankers. In de eerste bouwlaag van de asymmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL bevindt zich centraal een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht gevuld met een roedeverdeling in gebogen ruitvormen. Rechts hiervan zijn twee vensters aangebracht met opgeklampte luiken. Hierboven bevinden zich twee kleinere vensters met ijzeren tralies. In de gevel bevindt zich nog een gevelsteen van Bentheimer zandsteen en de topgevel is beschoten met groen geschilderde vertikale planken, op een gemetselde kwartrol. De asymmetrisch ingedeelde LINKER ZIJGEVEL bezit geheel rechts een laag in de gevel geplaatst venster met luik. De eerste bouwlaag heeft drie vrijwel identieke vensters met luiken. Onder de dakrand bevindt zich rechts en links een venster met tralies. De asymmetrisch ingedeelde ACHTERGEVEL heeft een topgevelbeschieting als in de voorgevel. In de eerste bouwlaag bevinden zich twee vensters met tralies en hoger in de gevel onder het topgevelbeschot ook twee vensters met tralies. Voor het bezoeken van het INTERIEUR werd geen toestemming verleend.
Waardering
KORENSPIEKER (complexonderdeel B) van oudere datum.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf en zeldzaam voorbeeld van een korenspieker op het historisch gegroeide erf. Het gebouw is typisch voor de streek en kenmerkt zich door de beschoten topgevel, de gebruikte veldovensteen en de Bentheimer zandsteen, die aangeeft dat het hier om een gebouw van een belangrijke boeren familie gaat.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als onderdeel van het historisch gegroeide complex. Het gebouwtje bezit ensemblewaarden met de overige complexonderdelen.

Detached GRAIN STORE on rectangular floor plan, one storey and an attic storey high under an overhanging and slightly projecting gabled roof laid with tiles. The roof has whitewashed roof ornaments. The walls of the building are constructed in field-kiln bricks (partly red and partly black-vitrified bricks) in running bond. The wall openings have -unless otherwise stated- broad frames of Bentheim sandstone and are closed at the top with a masonry straight arch. The walls contain several wall anchors. In the first storey of the asymmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE there is centrally a hinged door with fanlight filled with glazing bars in curved pane forms. To the right of this two windows are placed with hinged shutters. Above these are two smaller windows with iron bars. In the wall there is also a cornerstone of Bentheim sandstone and the gable top is boarded with green-painted vertical planks, on a masonry ogee moulding. The asymmetrically arranged LEFT SIDE WALL has, at the far right, a window placed low in the wall with shutter. The first storey has three virtually identical windows with shutters. Under the eaves, right and left, is a window with bars. The asymmetrically arranged REAR WALL has a gable-top boarding as in the front facade. In the first storey there are two windows with bars and higher in the wall under the gable-top boarding also two windows with bars. Permission to visit the INTERIOR was not granted.

GRAIN STORE (complex component B) of older date.
- Of architectural historical value as a fine and rare example of a grain store on the historically developed farm. The building is typical of the region and is characterized by the boarded gable top, the field-kiln brick used and the Bentheim sandstone, which indicates that this is a building belonging to an important farming family.
