Villa Jongerius.
Geheel in witgepleisterd beton opgetrokken VILLA op vierkante plattegrond, van twee bouwlagen en overstekend plat dak. Balkon rondom met overkapping gevormd door overstekend dak, aan noord en zuidzijde gedragen door slanke ijzeren kolommen, doorlopend tot op de beganegrond. Stalen ramen op beganegrond in afgeronde hoeken gezet, op de verdieping enkelvoudige rechthoekige vensters. Westgevel met iets hogere, uitgebouwde risaliet, waarin op de beganegrond de hoofdingang met Art Deco omlijsting, met daarboven een fors uitstekende luifel. Verder resteren nog grotendeels de vloeren en lambrisering van de vertrekken. In de hal een groots uitgevoerd trappenhuis met glas-in-loodramen uit het begin van deze eeuw met ondermeer iconografie rondom de familie en fabriek Jongerius.
Waardering
Fabrieksvilla van algemeen belang vanwege de architectonische waarde als karakteristiek voorbeeld van Nieuwe Zakelijkheid met Art-Deco-elementen, voorts vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van het karakterisctieke fabriekscomplex Jongerius.

Villa Jongerius.
VILLA executed entirely in white plastered concrete on a square ground plan, of two storeys and overhanging flat roof. Balcony all around with canopy formed by overhanging roof, carried on the north and south sides by slender iron columns, extending down to ground level. Steel windows on ground floor set in rounded corners, on the upper floor single rectangular windows. West facade with slightly higher, protruding risalit, containing on the ground floor the main entrance with Art Deco surround, with above it a substantial projecting canopy. Furthermore, the floors and wall panelling of the rooms are largely preserved. In the hall a grand staircase with stained-glass windows from the beginning of this century with among other things iconography surrounding the Jongerius family and factory.
Valuation
Factory villa of general importance by reason of its architectural value as a characteristic example of New Objectivity with Art Deco elements, furthermore by reason of its cultural-historical value as part of the characteristic Jongerius factory complex.
