Omschrijving
FABRIEKSKANTOOR horende bij het fabriekscomplex Jongerius, gebouwd in 1936. Het kantoor is achter de villa gesitueerd. Het rechthoekige gebouw staat met zijn lange gevel naar de villa. Het gebouw bestaat uit twee bouwlagen onder platdak. Het geheel is opgetrokken in beton en uitgevoerd met stalen vensters. De buitengevels zijn witgeschilderd. Een deel van de oorspronkelijke geveldecoratie (lichtopstanden, klok en luifel) en belettering is verdwenen. De vensters, oorspronkelijk rood geschilderd zijn als horizontale stroken in de gevels geplaatst. Centraal in het midden de ingangspartij. De inwendige indeling bestaat uit een centraal trappenhuis in het midden met marmeren trappen. Het glas-in-lood venster bevond zich in dit trappenhuis. Links en rechts daarvan open kantoorruimten.

Fabriekskantoor behorende bij het fabriekscomplex Jongerius is van algemeen belang:

FACTORY OFFICE belonging to the Jongerius factory complex, built in 1936. The office is situated behind the villa. The rectangular building stands with its long facade facing the villa. The building consists of two storeys under a flat roof. The whole is constructed in concrete and executed with steel windows. The external facades are painted white. Part of the original facade decoration (light openings, clock and canopy) and lettering has disappeared. The windows, originally painted red, are placed as horizontal strips in the facades. Centrally in the middle the entrance section. The internal layout consists of a central stairwell in the middle with marble stairs. The leaded glass window was located in this stairwell. To the left and right of it open office spaces.
