BAARHUISJE (XIXA) als onderdeel van de begraafplaats voorzien van neo-classicisatische invloeden, gesitueerd aan de rechterzijde van het rechter slingerpad halverwege het centrale eiland.
Baarhuisje met rechthoekige plattegrond afgesloten door een plat dak. Alle gevels met trasraam en rollaag zijn opgetrokken in kruisverband afgesloten door een kroongestel. De kopse voorgevel is georiënteerd op het slingerpad, de achtergevel grenst aan het water. Centraal in de voorgevel bevindt zich een deuropening met geprofileerde natuurstenen omlijsting met uiterst links en rechts een bakstenen pilaster. In de deuropening bevindt zich een dubbele houten schuifdeur met handgrepen in empire stijl. De beide deuren zijn voorzien van drie cassetten. Centraal in de achtergevel bevindt zich een hoog geplaatst tweeruits valraam. De langsgevels zijn van oorsprong blind. In de linker zijgevel bevindt zich een niet oorspronkelijke deur. Het interieur is voorzien van een balkenplafond en gecementeerde vloer.

BIER HOUSE (XIXA) as part of the cemetery furnished with neo-classical influences, situated on the right side of the right winding path halfway along the central island.
Bier house with rectangular plan closed by a flat roof. All facades with travertine and roller course are constructed in stretcher bond closed by a cornice. The gable end facade is oriented towards the winding path, the rear facade borders on the water. Centrally in the front facade is a doorway with a moulded natural stone surround with brick pilasters at the extreme left and right. In the doorway is a double wooden sliding door with handles in Empire style. Both doors are fitted with three panels. Centrally in the rear facade is a high-placed two-pane vertical sliding sash window. The side facades are originally blind. In the left side facade is a non-original door. The interior has a beam ceiling and cemented floor.
