Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS (2) met rechthoekige plattegrond bevindt zich rechtsachter de villa. Het koetshuis bestaat uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en geprofileerde gietijzeren goten. Het zadeldak bevindt zich tussen twee topgevels met gepleisterde afdekplaat. In de voorgevel bevindt zich een dubbele deur.
In de VOORGEVEL (westgevel) bevindt zich centraal een dubbele getoogde deur. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevindt zich een smal venster. In de geveltop bevindt zich een geklampt luik met aan weerszijden een rond venster.
In de LINKERZIJGEVEL (noordgevel) bevinden zich twee regelmatig verdeelde, getoogde stalramen met ijzeren roedenverdeling. De vensters worden aan de boven- en onderzijde afgesloten door een rollaag. De ACHTERGEVEL (oostgevel) is begroeid met een klimplant.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL (zuidgevel) is identiek aan de linkerzijgevel.
Het INTERIEUR is grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat.
Waardering
KOETSHUIS (2) gebouwd als onderdeel van het COMPLEX `Kerkzicht' omstreeks het midden van de negentiende eeuw. Het complex is gelegen aan de westzijde van de Rijksstraatweg.

Description
The COACH HOUSE (2) with rectangular ground plan is located to the rear right of the villa. The coach house consists of one storey enclosed by a gabled roof covered with laid cross tiles and moulded cast-iron gutters. The gabled roof is situated between two stepped gables with plastered coping. In the front facade there is a double door.
In the FRONT FACADE (west facade) there is centrally a double curved door. On either side of the door there is a narrow window. In the gable top there is a clamped shutter with on either side a round window.
In the LEFT SIDE FACADE (north facade) there are two regularly distributed curved stable windows with iron glazing bars. The windows are closed off at the top and bottom by a roller shutter. The REAR FACADE (east facade) is overgrown with climbing plant.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE (south facade) is identical to the left side facade.
The INTERIOR is largely in original state.
Valuation
COACH HOUSE (2) built as part of the COMPLEX 'Kerkzicht' around the middle of the nineteenth century. The complex is located on the west side of the Rijksstraatweg.
