Omschrijving
Het huidige KANTOORGEBOUW (4) gebouwd in 1924 bevindt zich op de plek van de voormalige koperslagerij. Het kantoor met vierkante plattegrond bestaat uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een tentdak gedekt met rode Tuiles du Nord. Op de nok van het tentdak bevindt zich een vierkante schoorsteenschacht afgesloten door een tentdak gedekt met rode Tuiles du Nord. De gevels zijn voorzien van slappe portlander specie in druipwerk met gladde portlander banden. Op de gladde banden zijn diverse decoraties aangebracht zoals bijvoorbeeld guirlandes. Rechts van de entree bevindt zich een inlegsteen met daarop de tekst 'De eerste steen/ gelegd door/ theo krepel/ oud 3 jaar/ 23 aug 1924' In de VOORGEVEL (noordwestgevel) bevindt zich links een T-venster met drie-ruits bovenlicht aan weerszijden geflankeerd door persiennes. Rechts bevindt zich een paneeldeur met twee-ruits bovenlicht. In het dakvlak bevindt zich een dakkapel met drie gekoppelde ramen afgesloten door een plat dak. De inlegsteen bevindt zich rechtsonder in de gevel.
Tegen de LINKERZIJGEVEL (noordoostgevel) bevindt zich een niet oorspronkelijke uitbreiding van het kantoorgebouw.
In de ACHTERGEVEL (zuidoostgevel) bevindt zich links een schuifraam met rechts twee hoog geplaatste enkelruits ramen.
In de RECHTERZIJGEVEL (zuidwestgevel) bevinden zich drie muuropeningen.

Description
The current OFFICE BUILDING (4) built in 1924 is situated on the site of the former copperware workshop. The office with square floor plan consists of one storey enclosed by a tent roof covered with red Tuiles du Nord. On the ridge of the tent roof is a square chimney stack closed off by a tent roof covered with red Tuiles du Nord. The facades are provided with weak Portland cement mortar in drip-work with smooth Portland cement bands. On the smooth bands various decorations have been applied such as for example garlands. To the right of the entrance is an inset stone with on it the text 'The first stone/ laid by/ theo krepel/ age 3 years/ 23 aug 1924' In the FRONT FACADE (north-west facade) on the left is a T-window with three-light fanlight on either side flanked by venetian blinds. On the right is a panel door with two-light fanlight. In the roof plane is a roof dormer with three coupled windows closed off by a flat roof. The inset stone is located bottom right in the facade.
Against the LEFT SIDE FACADE (north-east facade) is a non-original extension of the office building.
In the REAR FACADE (south-east facade) on the left is a sash window with on the right two high-placed single-light windows.
In the RIGHT SIDE FACADE (south-west facade) are three wall openings.
