Omschrijving
Rechts achter de boerderij staat een grote houten SCHUUR waarvan de gebinten afkomstig zijn van een gesloopte achttiende eeuwse boerderij. De schuur is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft een afgewolfd zadeldak dat bedekt is met rode Hollandse pannen en wordt afgesloten door houten windveren.
De VOORGEVEL heeft in het midden een grote recht afgesloten deuropening met links een vierruits raampje en rechts een dubbele opgeklampte houten deur.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL heeft in het midden een grote deuropening met dubbele deuren onder een opgewipt lessenaarsdak.
De ACHTERGEVEL heeft centraal een recht afgesloten deeldeuropening met houten deeldeuren en een middeler.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft links een bakstenen muurdeel met een raam. In het midden van de gevel zit een opgeklampte dubbele houten deur. De rechterzijde van de gevel heeft een lage, bakstenen borstwering.
Waardering
HOUTEN SCHUUR uit de negentiende eeuw.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een houten schuur uit de negentiende eeuw die in hoofdvorm en detaillering goed bewaard is gebleven. De boerderij met bijbehorende gebouwen is een goed voorbeeld van de functionele en typologische ontwikkeling van de hallehuisboerderij in de eerste helft van de twintigste eeuw.
- Van stedebouwkundige waarde als onderdeel van een boerderijcomplex die verder nog bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw met aanbouw en een varkensschuur. Het geheel van boerderij met bijgebouwen vormt qua aanleg en structuur een karakteristiek ensemble.

To the right behind the farmhouse stands a large wooden SHED of which the timber frames come from a demolished eighteenth-century farmhouse. The shed is built on a rectangular ground plan and has a half-hipped gabled roof that is covered with red Dutch tiles and is closed by wooden wind braces.
The FRONT FACADE has in the middle a large straight-closed door opening with on the left a four-pane window and on the right a double braced wooden door.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE has in the middle a large door opening with double doors under a tilted lean-to roof.
The REAR FACADE has centrally a straight-closed half-door opening with wooden half-doors and a transom.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE has on the left a brick wall section with a window. In the middle of the facade is a braced double wooden door. The right side of the facade has a low brick parapet.
Valuation
WOODEN SHED from the nineteenth century.
- Of architectural-historical value as an example of a wooden shed from the nineteenth century which is well preserved in main form and detailing. The farmhouse with its associated buildings is a good example of the functional and typological development of the hall-house farmhouse in the first half of the twentieth century.
- Of urban-planning value as part of a farmyard complex which further consists of a main building with extension and a pig shed. The whole of farmhouse with outbuildings forms in terms of layout and structure a characteristic ensemble.
