The COACHHOUSE dating from the period after 1910-1915 with a bake house within it has a rectangular floor plan, one storey with a gabled roof with overhang and wind braces. The overhang above the front facade has a makelaar and rooster tail. The roof is covered with weathered old Dutch tiles. The facades are plastered with likewise schijnvoegenafwerking. The front facade is plastered. The FRONT FACADE has on the left a segmental window with cast-iron segmental multi-pane window. To the right of centre is a small rectangular little window with stretcher and furthest right a segmental stable window of the same type as in the left side facade of the rear building of the farmhouse. In the gable end there are also two similar stable windows.

The LEFT SIDE FACADE has furthest right directly after the junction of the cross wall between the farmhouse and coachhouse a door frame with bead moulding and fixed door. To the left of this doorway is a window, closed off by a segmental arch with red painted brick with white joints and a 4-pane sash window with fixed shutters. This facade furthermore contains two segmental stable windows, of the same type as in the left side facade of the rear building of the farmhouse (see there). The REAR FACADE has an asymmetrical layout with on the right a wide, still original business door opening, closed off by a segmental arch with fixed business doors. The farmhouse with coachhouse is oriented with the rear facade towards Waardhuizenstraat, the reason why the facade work of the business section has also been executed with care and forms a striking feature as seen from Waardhuizenstraat. This street crosses an already very old outlying area of Beuningen, towards Waaldijk, with already very old homesteads, of which this undoubtedly possesses the most valuable and most distinctive buildings, of importance for the historical character of the place.

- Of socio-economic / cultural-historical value as part of a farmhouse situated on a farm place, known through documents and old maps as "Warthuizen", a site with an already very old history.
