Links achter de pastorie (apart monumentnummer 523150) bevindt zich in de tuin nog een vrijstaand bijgebouw in de vorm van een KOETSHUIS uit 1885. Het gebouw is enigszins gewijzigd. Het koetshuis heeft gepleisterde gevels onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen. De tuin aan de noord en oostzijde rond de pastorie wordt omgeven door een gietijzeren tuinhek met toegangspoort (apart monumentnummer 523153) van waaruit een grindpad naar de ingangspartij leidt.
Waardering
KOETSHUIS
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een koetshuis uit het einde van de negentiende eeuw bij een pastorie. Het koetshuis kenmerkt zich door een eenvoudige, herkenbare uitvoering met hoge ensemblewaarden in samenhang met de andere complexonderdelen.
- Van stedebouwkundige waarde als onderdeel van het complex dat in de oude dorpskern van Beuningen is gelegen. De pastorie is gelegen aan de Dorpssingel op de hoek met de belangrijke Van Heemstraweg. Door de markante hoofdvorm en de statige gevels, in combinatie met tuin en tuinmuur geven een goed beeld van deze in historisch opzicht nog vrij gaaf bewaard gebleven omgeving. De pastorie vormt tevens een belangrijke visuele ondersteuning voor de er tegenover gelegen R.K. Corneliuskerk. To the rear left of the rectory (separate monument number 523150) there is a detached outbuilding in the form of a COACH HOUSE from 1885 in the garden. The building has been somewhat altered. The coach house has plastered facades under a gabled roof with dampened old Dutch tiles.
