Inleiding
Voormalig KOETSHUIS uit 1855 in eclectische trant. Het pand is gesitueerd ten zuidwesten van het dubbele woonhuis 's-Gravelandseweg 41/41A en schuin ten opzichte van de P.C. Hooftweg. De zuidoostgevel grenst aan het kerkgebouw Albertus Perkstraat 4/4A.
Omschrijving
Voormalig koetshuis met gepleisterde gevels ter hoogte van één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder mansardekap met de noklijn schuin haaks op de weg. De kap is voorzien van gesmoorde Hollandse pannen, gesneden lijst en makelaar, alsmede een geprofileerde gootlijst. De rechthoekige plattegrond bevat een niet originele aangebouwde serre aan de noordoostzijde. De noordoostgevel bevat verder op de verdieping een venster met puntvormige bovendorpel. Aan de noordwestzijde bevinden zich de voormalige inrijpoort met deuren. In het dakvlak dakkapel met fronton en wangen. Aan de zuidwestzijde een deur en venster, twee vensters boven de begane grond.

Description
Former coach house with plastered elevations at the height of one storey and an attic storey under a mansard roof with the roof ridge diagonally perpendicular to the road. The roof is furnished with hipped Dutch tiles, carved moulding and workmanship, as well as a profiled gutter moulding. The rectangular floor plan contains a non-original attached conservatory on the northeast side. The northeast elevation further contains on the upper storey a window with pointed head moulding. On the northwest side are situated the former carriage entrance with doors. In the roof plane a roof dormer with pediment and cheeks. On the southwest side a door and window, two windows above the ground floor.
Valuation
The mid-19th-century former coach house is of general importance because of its cultural and architectural-historical value as a coach house in eclectic building style, characteristic of its building period and as part of the complex "'s-Gravelandseweg 41/41A".
