BOERDERIJ, hoofdonderdeel van het boerderijcomplex "Soestdijkerstraatweg 145", gebouwd in de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw in neoclassicistische stijl met vakwerkelementen, vrijstaand gesitueerd op grote afstand aan de noordzijde van de Soestdijkerstraatweg, aan de westzijde van een oprijlaan in een bosrijke omgeving, terwijl aan de achterzijde het bouwland ligt.
Omschrijving
Boerderij, opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond met aanbouw aan de zuidwestzijde ter hoogte van een bouwlaag en een hoge kapverdieping onder met riet gedekt ver overstekend zadeldak met schoorsteen op de nok en drie vleermuisdakkapellen in beide dakvlakken. Ankers bevinden zich onder de opduwrand. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd op een plint, terwijl zij worden geleed door (hoek)lisenen, plint en gevelranden. Houten elementen, zoals windveren, schoren ter ondersteuning van het dak, de balkonbalustrade en de luifel aan de zuidwestzijde, en het kruishoutelement onder de vensters zijn uitgevoerd in decoratief snijwerk. De stolpvensters met luiken, en deuren met bovenlichten zijn van hout. Het klaverbladmotief is een terugkerend element in de luiken en de schoren.
De symmetrische voorgevel (ZW) bevat de ingangspartij in de in het midden gesitueerde aanbouw. De linker zijgevel (NW) bevat in het linker gedeelte twee deuren, in het rechter gedeelte twee vensters.
De rechter zijgevel (ZO) is ingedeeld in drie delen en bevat in twee delen een deur en een klein venster in het linker deel.
De achtergevel (NO) bevat in het midden de omlijsting van de oorspronkelijke poort. Links en rechts een halfrond venster, op de kapverdieping de hooideur. Het dak steekt ver over waarbij de stammen onder het riet duidelijk zichtbaar zijn.

FARM, main component of the farmyard complex "Soestdijkerstraatweg 145", built in the second half of the nineteenth century in neoclassical style with timber-framing elements, situated free-standing at considerable distance on the north side of the Soestdijkerstraatweg, on the west side of a drive in a wooded setting, while agricultural land lies to the rear.
Description
Farm, erected on a rectangular floor plan with an extension on the south-west side at the height of one storey and a high attic storey under a gabled roof covered with reed with far-projecting eaves with chimney on the ridge and three bat dormers in both roof planes. Anchors are situated below the rim. The facades are white plastered on a plinth, while they are articulated by (corner) pilasters, plinth and facade edges. Wooden elements, such as wind bracing, struts supporting the roof, the balcony balustrade and the canopy on the south-west side, and the cruciform wooden element below the windows are executed in decorative carved work. The barrel windows with shutters, and doors with fanlights are wooden. The cloverleaf motif is a recurring element in the shutters and struts.
The symmetrical front facade (SW) contains the entrance arrangement in the extension situated in the middle. The double wooden door in pilaster frame contains above the fanlights a canopy in the form of a small saddle roof on carved struts. Above the extension a balcony with opening glass doors behind it, surrounded by carved balustrade, resting on a dentil course and, supported at the upper side, columns that are placed at the corners of the extension within the wall plane. Four posts support the boarding under the continued part of the gabled roof above the balcony. In the side facades of the extension a small window in stucco frame. Left and right of the extension a window in stucco frame.
The left side facade (NW) contains in the left section two doors, in the right section two windows.
The right side facade (SE) is divided into three parts and contains in two parts a door and a small window in the left part.
The rear facade (NE) contains in the middle the frame of the original gateway. Left and right a half-round window, on the attic storey the hay door. The roof projects far with the beams below the reed clearly visible.
