Inleiding
Klein KOETSHUIS bij kasteelboerderij de Crabbehof (rijksmonument nr. 13681). Het koetshuis staat tegenover de hoofdentree van de Crabbehof en dateert volgens de gevelsteen boven de voordeur uit 1830. Het koetshuis is gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags koetshuis onder zadeldak, opgemetseld in rode baksteen vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond. De gevelhoeken van het pand en de deur- en vensteromlijstingen zijn van gele baksteen. Hoek- en sluitstenen van natuursteen. Uitgemetselde dakranden met uitkragende zandstenen hoeken.
In de kopse gevel (noord) bevinden zich garagedeuren uit 1934 onder een betonnen latei met daarboven nieuw metselwerk. Daarboven een smalle, uitgemetselde korfboog met gebeeldhouwd kopje in de sluitsteen. In de puntgevel een ovaal gestuct cartouche. Sierlijke muurankers.
De rechter zijgevel (west) is symmetrisch met in het midden een blind venster en aan weerszijden een deur. Centraal een topgevel waarachter een steekkap, met een ovaal gestuct cartouche en een uitkragende zandstenen geveltop.
De linker zijgevel ligt direct aan het water dat rondom het gehele perceel van de Crabbehof is aangelegd. Hierin twee blinde deuropeningen met ruitvormig siermetselwerk.
In de achtergevel een kruiskozijn onder een korfboog. Hardstenen vensterbank en zandstenen hoekstenen. In de puntgevel een ovaal gestuct cartouche.

Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde.

Single-storey coach house under a gabled roof, constructed in red brick from a rectangular ground plan. The gable corners of the building and the door and window surrounds are of yellow brick. Corner and closing stones of natural stone. Raised brick edges with projecting sandstone corners.
In the gable end (north) are garage doors from 1934 under a concrete lintel with new brickwork above. Above this a narrow, raised segmental arch with sculptural keystone. In the gable end an oval stuccoed cartouche. Ornamental wall anchors.
The right side gable (west) is symmetrical with a blind window in the middle and a door on either side. Central a crow-stepped gable behind which a catslide roof, with an oval stuccoed cartouche and a projecting sandstone gable top.
The left side gable lies directly at the water that has been laid out around the entire plot of the Crabbehof. In this two blind door openings with diamond-shaped ornamental brickwork.
