19de-eeuwse STOOKHUT, opgetrokken in schone baksteen vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond en gedekt door een met Hollandse pannen belegd zadeldak. In de noordelijke kopgevel met vlechtingen, een deur. In de beide langsgevels twee zesruits vensters. In de grotendeels begroeide zuidelijke kopgevel twee kleine vensters met kruisraam. De achterwand met stookplaats is bekleed met geglazuurde estrikken; houten schouw. De stookhut, die diende voor het koken van veevoer, heeft vroeger in verbinding gestaan met het woonhuis en diende in die tijd tevens als keuken.

De stookhut is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en de ensemblewaarde.

19th-century BOILER HOUSE, built in fair-faced brickwork from a rectangular floor plan and covered by a gabled roof laid with Dutch tiles. In the northern gable end with wickerwork, a door. In both long sides two six-light windows. In the largely overgrown southern gable end two small windows with cross windows. The rear wall with stove is lined with glazed brickwork; wooden flue. The boiler house, which was used for cooking animal feed, formerly was connected to the dwelling house and served at that time also as a kitchen.
Valuation
The boiler house is of general importance because of its cultural historical and ensemble value.
- It is of cultural historical importance as an important component of a farm with a centuries-old relationship with the 16th-century polder De Ruige Waard and because of its original function. It has ensemble value because of the close visual and functional coherence with the other complex components.
