Omschrijving onderdeel 9: BOERDERIJ met ZOMERHUISJE genaamd 'Spandershof'.
Tegenover het huis aan de noordzijde van de oprijlaan gelegen 18de eeuwse boerderij van het hallenhuistype met een kelder aan de noordzijde. De voor- en achtergevel zijn uitgevoerd als tuitgevel, klesoren en vlechtingen en natuurstenen platen op de schouders en de top. Voorts een met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de voorgevel de deurpartij en drie roedenverdeelde vensters met luiken en een kelderlicht. In de top een eenvoudig drielicht venster. In de zijgevels enkele vensters en de stalramen. Het zomerhuis staat ten noorden van de boerderij en is voor wat betreft het materiaalgebruik en de vormgeving een miniatuur van de grote boerderij. De overige erfbebouwing, kapberg en diverse schuren en stallen, is van recente (XXB) datum. Overigens is er geen sprake van een duidelijke aanleg rondom de boerderij.
Waardering
De BOERDERIJ met ZOMERHUISJE 'Spandershof' is van algemeen belang:
- als voorbeeld van een monumentale 18de eeuwse boerderij met zomerhuis van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur;
- vanwege de ruimtelijke samenhang met het hoofdhuis, de brug en het ensemble van dienstwoningen.

Description component 9: FARMHOUSE with SUMMER HOUSE called 'Spandershof'.
18th century farmhouse of the hall-house type located opposite the house on the north side of the approach drive, with a cellar on the north side. The front and rear facades are executed as spout gables with shingled corners and wattle infill and natural stone slabs on the shoulders and the apex. Furthermore a mansard roof with tiled covering. In the front facade the door section and three glazing-barred windows with shutters and a cellar light. At the apex a simple three-light window. In the side facades several windows and the stable windows. The summer house stands north of the farmhouse and as regards material use and design is a miniature of the large farmhouse. The other outbuildings, roof structure and various sheds and stalls, are of recent (second half of 20th century) date. Incidentally, there is no evidence of a clear layout around the farmhouse.
Valuation
The FARMHOUSE with SUMMER HOUSE 'Spandershof' is of general importance:
- as an example of a monumental 18th century farmhouse with summer house of simple yet harmonious architecture;
- on account of its spatial coherence with the main house, the bridge and the ensemble of service dwellings.
