Omschrijving onderdeel 7: ENSEMBLE van DIENSTWONINGEN en STALLEN.
Direct ten noorden van het huis gelegen ensemble van een dwars geplaatst stalgebouw met loodrecht daarachter een serie van twee dienstgebouwen. Het oudste deel van circa 1850 wordt gevormd door de eerste serie dienstwoningen, waarin, gezien de deur/vensterpartij oorspronkelijk ook een stal of koetshuis in is onndergebracht. Vervolgens is omstreeks 1870 het nieuwe koetshuis gebouwd, dwars op het oude. In 1903, volgens de datering in de oostelijke eindgevel, is nog een dienstwoning gebouwd. Het geheel staat met de noordmuur in de waterloop. De oudste DIENSTWONING is één bouwlaag hoog, wordt gedekt door een met pannen gedekt mansarde dak en is witgepleisterd in een natuursteenpatroon. In oorsprong bestond het uit drie woningen van steeds één deur en één venster en een deel bestemd tot stal/koetshuis. Hiervan wordt de inrijdeur geflankeerd door twee vensters, het geheel uitgevoerd met flauwe spitsbogen door middel van stucwerk geaccentueerd. In de gevel in het water bevinden zich vijf roedenverdeelde ramen en een deur. Het KOETSHUIS is eveneens één bouwlaag hoog, heeft een met pannen gedekt mansarde dak en een afwerking van wit stuc met een natuursteenmotief en geblokte hoeklisenen. De voorgevel heeft een symmetrische opzet met een brede inrijdeur, waarboven een hijsluik en twee kleinere zijdeuren. Er zijn hier geen vensters. Tegen de linkerzijde is een kleine aanbouw, met eenzelfde vorm van afwerking. In het inwendige wordt nog een aantal originele paardenstallen aangetroffen, de enige als zodanig bewaarde in geheel 's-Graveland. De DIENSTWONING uit 1903 bestaat eveneens uit één bouwlaag met een mansarde dak. Het gebouw wordt gedateerd in de noordelijke topgevel.
Waardering
Het ENSEMBLE van DIENSTWONINGEN en STALLEN is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege zijn functionele betekenis voor de buitenplaats;
- vanwege de ruimtelijke samenhang met hoofdhuis, brug en boerderij;

Ensemble located directly north of the house consisting of a transversely placed stable building with a series of two service buildings perpendicular behind it. The oldest part dating from circa 1850 is formed by the first series of service dwellings, in which, given the door/window section, a stable or coachhouse was also originally housed. Subsequently, around 1870, the new coachhouse was built, transverse to the old one. In 1903, according to the dating in the eastern gable end, another service dwelling was built. The whole stands with its northern wall in the watercourse. The oldest SERVICE DWELLING is one storey high, covered by a mansard roof with tiled covering and is white-rendered with a natural stone pattern. Originally it consisted of three dwellings each with one door and one window and a section intended for stable/coachhouse. This is flanked by the entry door on either side by two windows, all executed with shallow pointed arches emphasised by means of stucco. In the gable facing the water are five glazing-barred windows and a door. The COACHHOUSE is likewise one storey high, has a mansard roof with tiled covering and a finish of white stucco with a natural stone motif and blocked corner pilasters. The front facade has a symmetrical layout with a broad entry door, above which is a hoist opening and two smaller side doors. There are no windows here. Against the left side is a small extension with the same form of finish. In the interior a number of original horse stables are still found, the only ones preserved as such in the whole of 's-Graveland. The SERVICE DWELLING from 1903 likewise consists of one storey with a mansard roof. The building is dated in the northern gable end.
Valuation
The ENSEMBLE of SERVICE DWELLINGS and STABLES is of general importance:
