Omschrijving
De STOOKHUT (1912) is opgetrokken in rode baksteen, voorgevel bruine bezande steen, op een trasraam van gesinterde baksteen en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop zwarte geglazuurde Lucas IJsbrandspannen; strakke houten windveren; gemetselde nokschoorsteen; gietijzeren goot op bakstenen klossen.
In de voorgevel (westzijde) twee houten deuren en een staand venster, alle onder rollaag van witte verblendsteen en bruine baksteen. In de topgevel aan de noordzijde een staand venster onder rollaag en een getoogd drieruits venster onder rollaag. In de achtergevel (oostzijde) een staand venster onder rollaag.

Description
The BOILER HOUSE (1912) is built in red brick, front facade brown sanded brick, on a stone lintel frame of sintered brick and is covered by a gabled roof with black glazed Lucas IJsbrand pantiles; taut wooden bargeboard; brick chimney stack; cast iron gutter on brick brackets.
In the front facade (west side) two wooden doors and a standing window, all beneath roll moulding of white facing brick and brown brick. In the gable at the north side a standing window beneath roll moulding and an arched three-pane window beneath roll moulding. In the rear facade (east side) a standing window beneath roll moulding.
