Inleiding
HERENBOERDERIJ 'Rehoboth', T-boerderij in Eclectische Stijl met elementen uit de Chaletstijl, behorende tot een complex met een in vergelijkbare stijl uitgevoerde stal. De decoratieve elementen die toegepast zijn in de gevel kwamen in de omgeving meer voor, maar zijn er inmiddels zeldzaam geworden. De in 1906 gebouwde boerderij ligt onder een schuine hoek aan de doorgaande weg van Den Hoorn naar Schipluiden.
Omschrijving
Op een rechthoekige plattegrond in rood bakstenen kruisverband opgetrokken herenboerderij van het type T-boerderij, met aan weerszijden van het woongedeelte symmetrisch geplaatste, driezijdige uitbouwen. Het bedrijfsgedeelte is voorzien van een met gesmoorde tuile du Nordpannen gedekt zadeldak, het mansardedak van het woongedeelte staat hier dwars op. In het dwarshuis een topgeveltje onder een steekkap, die evenals de aan beide eindgevels overkragende mansardekap is afgewerkt met rijk bewerkte sierspanten met hoefijzervormige bogen. In het metselwerk banden en segmentbogen van groen geglazuurde baksteen en siersmeedijzeren muurankers. De aanzetstenen zijn van natuursteen. Verder een bakgoot op geprofileerde klossen en een gepleisterde plint.
De symmetrische voorgevel van het woonhuis heeft een monumentale opgang van zes treden naar de middenrisaliet waarin een portaal met drieruits paneeldeur met smeedwerk, glas-in-lood bovenlicht en met mozaïek gevulde boogtrommel. In de topgevel een schuifvenster met halfrond bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden van de entree twee schuifvensters boven kelderramen met diefijzers. Voor de vensters oorspronkelijk luiken. De hardstenen lateien boven de vensters zijn decoratief geprofileerd. De kelderramen hebben I-profielen als latei. De lekdorpels en gefrijnde plint zijn van hardsteen. De zijgevel aan de zuidzijde heeft onder de mansardekap een smal schuifvenster en een schuifraam met een halfrond bovenlicht op dezelfde manier gedetailleerd als de kozijnen voor. Naast het gedeelte onder de mansardekap een driezijdige uitbouw met schuifvensters met drieruits bovenlichten, persiennes, hardstenen lekdorpels en aanzetstenen, onder strekken. Tussen de stal en de uitbouw twee vensters als in de uitbouw en twee deuren met bovenlicht. In de stal zes stalramen en hooiluiken. De achtergevel heeft vernieuwde inrijdeuren en een hooiluik met keperboogvormig, drieruits bovenlicht. De noordelijke zijgevel heeft eenzelfde gevelindeling onder de mansardekap als aan de zuidelijke zijgevel maar met twee kelderramen onder eensteens strekken. In de erker blindnissen, daarnaast een T-venster met drieruits bovenlicht, een gewoon schuifvenster met drieruits bovenlicht en vier stalramen als aan de zuidzijde. Tegen de linker zijgevel een door middel van een tussenlid aangebouwde schuur met een zadeldak parallel aan het grote zadeldak van de boerderij. De gevels van de schuur zijn voorzien van een gepleisterde plint. De schuur heeft in de voorzijde een rond raam en drie halfronde stalramen, in de zijgevel drie getoogde stalramen met ijzeren facetroedeverdeling, een deur onder een drieruits bovenlicht, een liggend drieruits stalraam en een gootlijst op klossen. In de achtergevel een inrijpoort en een keperboogvormig venster als in de stal.

Manor farm of the T-shaped farmhouse type, erected on a rectangular ground plan in red brick Flemish bond, with symmetrically placed three-sided extensions on either side of the residential section. The farm building section is covered with a gabled roof tiled with suppressed tuile du Nord tiles, the mansard roof of the residential section runs perpendicular to this. In the cross-wing a small gable under a pitched roof, finished like the mansard roof overhanging both end gables with richly worked ornamental rafters with horseshoe-shaped arches. In the brickwork bands and segmental arches of green glazed brick and ornamental iron wall anchors. The plinth stones are of natural stone.
