Inleiding
SCHUUR gebouwd omstreeks 1850 in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant, onderdeel van het complex waartoe ook de boerderij (RM 521910) behoort. De schuur bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van het bedrijfsgedeelte van de boerderij, aan de kant van de weg.
Omschrijving
Op een rechthoekige plattegrond, in gele IJsselsteen opgetrokken schuur onder een met rode Oudhollandse pannen gedekt, overkragend zadeldak. In de westelijke voorgevel een deur en een klein luik. In de zuidelijke zijgevel drie halfronde ijzeren stalvensters met radiaalroedeverdeling onder rollagen. In de andere lange zijde drie betonnen stalramen. In de achtergevel eenzelfde halfrond raam als in de zijgevel en een ruitvormig raam met vierruits roedeverdeling.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex en als voorbeeld van karakteristieke erfbebouwing.
De schuur heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de ruimtelijke, stilistische en functionele samenhang met de boerderij.
De schuur is gaaf in hoofdvorm en onderdelen.

BARN built around 1850 in Artisan-traditional building style, component of the complex which also includes the farm (RM 521910). The barn is situated at the rear of the business section of the farm, on the road side.
Description
On a rectangular ground plan, a barn erected in yellow IJsselstone under an overhanging gabled roof covered with red old Dutch tiles. In the western front facade a door and a small hatch. In the southern side facade three semi-circular iron stable windows with radial glazing bars under roll courses. In the other long side three concrete stable windows. In the rear facade the same semi-circular window as in the side facade and a diamond-shaped window with four-light glazing bar division.
Valuation
The barn is of general importance because of its cultural-historical and architectural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the farm complex and as an example of characteristic farmyard buildings.
The barn has ensemble value because of its spatial, stylistic and functional coherence with the farm.
The barn is sound in main form and components.
