KOETSHUIS uit omstreeks 1900. Het gebouw staat haaks op het erf.
Omschrijving
Het koetshuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en is één laag hoog onder een zadeldak. De voorgevel is in het midden voorzien van een topgevel met driedelig raam. Op de begane grond een poort waarin hergebruikte deuren van de brandweerkazerne (Raadhuisplein, architect Kropholler). In de gevel een smallere poort en enkele getoogde raamopeningen. In de achtergevel bevinden zich op de verdieping enkele halfronde raampjes. In de korte, linkerzijgevel zijn onder meer een getoogde poort en een hijsluik aanwezig.
In de gevel zijn lange steekankers (ankers van verdieping en kap in één) aangebracht.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het koetshuis is van cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling. Het heeft ensemblewaarde als belangrijk onderdeel van het geheel.

Description
The coach house has a rectangular plan and is one storey high under a gabled roof. The front facade is provided in the middle with a gable with a three-part window. On the ground floor a gateway in which reused doors from the fire station (Raadhuisplein, architect Kropholler). In the facade a narrower gateway and several arched window openings. In the rear facade there are on the upper storey several semicircular small windows. In the short left side facade are among others an arched gateway and a hoist door.
Long wall anchors (anchors of storey and roof in one) are placed in the facade.
Valuation
The coach house is of general interest. The coach house is of cultural-historical importance as an expression of socio-economic and typological development. It has ensemble value as an important component of the whole.
