Half vrijstaand HERENHUIS uit circa 1880 met een uitbreiding uit circa 1910.
Omschrijving
Tweelaags bakstenen woonhuis op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een afgeplat schilddak, gedekt met Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel is vijf traveeën breed en heeft een natuurstenen plint. Op de kroonlijst zijn consoles ter ondersteuning van de gootlijst geplaatst. De middentravee is gepleisterd uitgevoerd, de ingang is in een omlijsting van pilasters geplaatst. Boven de deur is een iets uitstekende lijst op consoles aangebracht. Aan weerszijden van de ingang en op de verdieping bevinden zich schuiframen met afgeronde hoeken, de bovenlichten zijn gevuld met glas-in-lood. De ramen zijn in gestucte omlijstingen met een kuif gevat.
Het pand heeft een grote achteraanbouw uit circa 1910, uitgevoerd in baksteen met een gepleisterde plint en voorzien van speklagen in gele baksteen. De linkerzijgevel van het voorste gedeelte is blind. Daarachter zijn kelderlichten met diefijzers aangebracht, erboven bevindt zich een groot glas-in-loodraam. Andere ramen hebben in de bovenlichten kathedraalglas. In het midden van de achtergevel bevindt zich, iets terugliggend in de gevel, een getoogde deur. Links daarvan zijn openslaande deuren aangebracht, boven het terras is een luifel. Ook is een aantal rechthoekige ramen in de achtergevel aanwezig.

Description
Two-storey brick residential house on a rectangular plan under a hipped roof, covered with Dutch tiles. The front facade is five bays wide and has a natural stone plinth. On the cornice, consoles are placed to support the gutter moulding. The middle bay is rendered in plaster, the entrance is placed in a surround of pilasters. Above the door a slightly projecting moulding on consoles is fitted. On either side of the entrance and on the upper storey are sash windows with rounded corners, the fanlights are filled with leaded glass. The windows are set in stuccoed surrounds with a hood moulding.
The building has a large rear extension from circa 1910, executed in brick with a rendered plinth and provided with courses in yellow brick. The left side facade of the front section is blank. Behind it are cellar lights with grilles, above which is a large leaded glass window. Other windows have cathedral glass in the fanlights. In the middle of the rear facade, set slightly back into the facade, is an arched door. To the left of it are French doors, above the terrace is a canopy. There are also a number of rectangular windows in the rear facade.
