Inleiding.
Aan de westzijde van het complex gelegen KOETSHUIS in Eclectische vormen, dat via een tussenlid aansluit op de westgevel van het bijbehorende herenhuis. Westelijk van het koetshuis bevindt zich een erf, aan de voorzijde is een siertuin die doorloopt langs het herenhuis. Het koetshuis dateert uit omstreeks 1880. Het gebouw heeft met name aan de achterzijde wijzigingen ondergaan. Deze gevel is nieuw opgetrokken. In de voorgevel zijn in de rechter twee traveeën twee ingangen dichtgezet en vervangen door twee kleine vensters.
Omschrijving.
Het koetshuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en ligt in het verlengde van het naastliggende herenhuis. Het sluit via een tussenlid met een plat dak aan op de linker zijgevel van het huis. Het koetshuis heeft één bouwlaag en is voorzien van een ongelijk zadeldak met de nokrichting evenwijdig aan de voorgevel. Het dak is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen en heeft bij de zijgevel overstekken met houten windveren. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen in kruisverband en voorzien van gepleisterde plinten. De voorgevel (straatzijde) heeft vijf traveeën die geflankeerd worden door gepleisterde pilasters met een paneel. Aan de bovenzijde wordt de gevel afgesloten door een gepleisterd hoofdgestel met een houten kroonlijst. De drie linker traveeën bevatten een brede ingang met tweesteens segmentboog en dubbele opgeklampte poort. Van de middelste ingang bevat de poort twee veelruits raampjes. De twee traveeën uiterst rechts zijn smaller en bevatten elk een niet oorspronkelijk laag venster met een anderhalfsteens strek en een drieruits raam. Het tussenlid tussen koetshuis en herenhuis wordt aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een houten boeibord en heeft links een getoogde ingang met een hardstenen stoepdorpel, dito neuten en een opgeklampte deur. Rechts van de ingang bevindt zich een klein venster met een hardstenen lekdorpel en een enkelruits raampje. De rechter zijgevel heeft rechts van de aansluiting van het tussenlid een venster met zesruits schuifraam. Rechts hiernaast een getoogd stalvenster met drieruits raam en een gemoderniseerde ingang met getoogd drieruits bovenlicht. In de topgevel een getoogd venstertje met drieruits raam en een oculusvenster met ijzeren roosraam. De linker zijgevel heeft beneden drie dichtgezette stalingangen onder segmentbogen. De vroegere bovenlichten zijn in het pleisterwerk nagebootst. In de topgevel twee opgeklampte hooiluiken met getoogde drieruits bovenlichten onder segmentbogen. Geheel in de top een oculusvenster met gietijzeren roosraam. De achtergevel is geheel vernieuwd.
Waardering.
Het object is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als onderdeel van een gaaf boerderijcomplex buiten de bebouwde kom van Standdaarbuiten, verwijzend naar de vroegere agrarische betekenis van het kleigebied. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als goed, zeldzaam en redelijk gaaf voorbeeld van een fors koetshuis met stallen uit het einde van de 19de eeuw. Het gebouw heeft wegens de prominente situering naast het herenhuis een voorname vormgeving gekregen. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als essentieel onderdeel van een harmonisch geheel, te weten een boerderijcomplex, verder bestaand uit een herenhuis en een grote veeschuur, diverse groenelementen en een tuin met sierposten bij de toegang, tevens van beeldbepalend belang voor de Molendijk en omgeving.

Introduction.
Located on the west side of the complex is a COACH HOUSE in Eclectic forms, which connects via a link section to the west facade of the adjacent mansion. The building has undergone modifications, particularly on the rear side. This facade has been rebuilt. Description.
The coach house has a rectangular floor plan and is aligned with the adjacent mansion. It connects via a link section with a flat roof to the left side facade of the house. The coach house has one storey and is provided with an unequal gabled roof with the ridge direction parallel to the front facade. The roof is covered with interlocking tiles and has overhanging eaves with wooden wind braces at the side facade. The facades are constructed in brick in cross-bond and provided with plastered plinths. The front facade (street side) has five bays flanked by plastered pilasters with a panel. At the top the facade is finished with a plastered cornice with a wooden cornice. The three left bays contain a wide entrance with a two-brick segmental arch and double clamped gate. The gate of the middle entrance contains two multi-pane small windows. The two outermost right bays are narrower and each contain a non-original low window with a one-and-a-half-brick span and a three-pane window. The link section between coach house and mansion is finished at the top with a wooden rail board and has on the left an arched entrance with a hardstone threshold, likewise jambs and a clamped door. To the right of the entrance is a small window with a hardstone drip moulding and a single-pane small window. The right side facade has to the right of the connection of the link section a window with a six-pane sash window. Next to this is an arched stable window with a three-pane window and a modernized entrance with an arched three-pane fanlight. In the gable peak an arched small window with a three-pane window and an oculus window with an iron grille window. The left side facade has below three blocked stable entrances under segmental arches. The former fanlights are imitated in the plasterwork. In the gable peak two clamped hay doors with arched three-pane fanlights under segmental arches. Entirely at the peak an oculus window with a cast-iron grille window. The rear facade has been completely rebuilt.
Valuation.
The object is of general importance. It has cultural-historical importance as part of an intact farmyard complex outside the built-up area of Standdaarbuiten, alluding to the former agricultural significance of the clay region. It has architectural-historical value as a good, rare and reasonably intact example of a substantial coach house with stables from the end of the 19th century. The building, due to its prominent location next to the mansion, has received an important design.
