Inleiding
VAKWERKSCHUUR, 1851, waarin een STROOPSTOOKINSTALLATIE, XIXB. Het geheel is gesitueerd in de huisweide van een voormalige boerderij, welke laatste van bescherming is uitgesloten.
Omschrijving
Vakwerkschuur van één BOUWLAAG op rechthoekige PLATTEGROND, aan de NOORDZIJDE voorzien van een kleine bakstenen stookplaats. Zowel de schuur als de stookplaats hebben een ZADELDAK met rode, oud-Hollandse pannen. Overstek. Schoorsteen op het oostelijke dakvlak.
De schuur heeft lemen wanden met houten vakwerk op bakstenen basement. In de OOSTGEVEL een rechthoekige houten deur, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door twee rechthoekige houten vierruits vensters met blinden. De schuurgevel is aan de WESTZIJDE ten dele opengebroken vanwege de inrichting van een strobergplaats en is voor het overige blind. In de korte ZUIDGEVEL een rechthoekig houten venster, waarboven een klein rechthoekig houten vierruitsvenster vierruits roedeverdeling. Beide vensters hebben blinden.
Het schuurdak heeft een eenvoudige houten constructie. In het INTERIEUR bevindt zich een complete stroopstookinstallatie met onder meer twee perskuipen, twee opvangkuipen, een geklonken stookketel met zogenoemde onderzetter, een vuurplaats, een houten kuipkraan met hefboom en diverse houten gereedschappen zoals een overscheplepel, een scheplepel en roerlepels. De bakstenen stookplaats is voorzien van een lemen overwelving.
Waardering
De vakwerkschuur met stookinstallatie is van cultuurhistorische waarde en vertegenwoordigt algemeen belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling en typologische ontwikkeling.
De schuur is in redelijke mate, de stookinstallatie in hoge mate gaaf bewaard gebleven. Bovendien beschikt het bouwwerk in bovenregionaal opzicht over een zeer grote typologische en functionele zeldzaamheidswaarde.

Timber-framed barn of one storey on rectangular plan, provided on the NORTH SIDE with a small brick stove-place. Both the barn and the stove-place have a gabled roof with red, old-Dutch tiles. Overhang. Chimney on the eastern roof slope.
The barn has clay walls with wooden timber-framing on brick basement. In the EAST GABLE a rectangular wooden door, flanked on both sides by two rectangular wooden four-pane windows with shutters. The barn gable is partly broken through on the WEST SIDE for the installation of a straw storage place and is otherwise blind. In the short SOUTH GABLE a rectangular wooden window, above which a small rectangular wooden four-pane window with four-pane glazing bars. Both windows have shutters.
The barn roof has a simple wooden structure. In the INTERIOR there is a complete syrup-boiling installation with among other things two pressing tubs, two collecting tubs, a riveted boiling kettle with so-called base-frame, a fireplace, a wooden tub crane with lever and various wooden tools such as a transfer ladle, a scoop ladle and stirring ladles. The brick stove-place is provided with a clay vault.
Valuation
The timber-framed barn with boiling installation is of cultural-historical value and represents a matter of general interest as a particular expression of a socio-economic development and typological development.
The barn has been preserved to a reasonable extent, the boiling installation to a high degree intact. Moreover, the building possesses, in a supra-regional respect, a very high typological and functional rarity value.
