Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 4A: KOETSHUIS/DIENSTWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp.
De gevels van de twee gebouwen alsmede van een bijbehorend bijgebouw (onderdeel 4B) worden onderling verbonden door een tuinmuur (18de eeuw). Het koetshuis is gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag en opgetrokken uit rode baksteen. Het bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de voorgevel centraal een dubbele inrijdeur onder een licht getoogde ontlastingsboog met zandstenen kraagsteentjes. Ter weerszijden een klein stalvenster met zandstenen onderdorpel onder een licht getoogde ontlastingsboog. In de top een dubbel hijsluik met halfrond bovenlicht met spaakroeden, zandstenen onderdorpel en halfronde ontlastingsboog. Daarboven een hijsbalk. In de linker zijgevel twee meerruits schuifvensters met gepaneelde luiken en onderdorpel, uiterst links een eenvoudige toegangsdeur. In de achtergevel een iets uit het midden geplaatste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht waarin een levensboom, rechts daarvan een meeruits schuifvenster met gepaneelde luiken en onderdorpel, uiterst links een dichtgemetselde deur met getoogde bovenzijde. In de top een dubbel luik met onderdorpel en daarboven een halfrond venster met spaakroeden. Op het linker dakschild een schoorsteen. Het koetshuis dateert uit het laatste kwart van de 18de eeuw.

KOETSHUIS/DIENSTWONING, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van koetshuis/dienstwoning en bijgebouw behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp is van algemeen belang:

Description component 4A: CARRIAGE HOUSE/SERVANTS' DWELLING belonging to the country estate de Kiefskamp.
The façades of the two buildings as well as of an adjoining outbuilding (component 4B) are mutually connected by a garden wall (18th century). The carriage house is built on a rectangular ground plan and constructed of red brick. It consists of one storey and an attic beneath a gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles. In the front façade centrally a double carriage entrance beneath a slightly arched relieving arch with sandstone corner stones. On either side a small stable window with sandstone sill beneath a slightly arched relieving arch. In the apex a double hoist opening with semicircular fanlight with spoke bars, sandstone sill and semicircular relieving arch. Above it a hoist beam. In the left side gable two multi-pane sash windows with panelled shutters and sill, at the far left a simple entrance door. In the rear gable a slightly off-centre entrance door with fanlight wherein a tree of life, to the right of it a multi-pane sash window with panelled shutters and sill, at the far left a bricked-up door with arched top. In the apex a double shutter with sill and above it a semicircular window with spoke bars. On the left roof slope a chimney. The carriage house dates from the last quarter of the 18th century.
