Omschrijving
De begraafplaats ligt haaks op de weg en wordt gevormd door een opgehoogd, klein rechthoekig terrein dat is omgracht en omgeven door een windsingel van elsen (buitenste rand) en een haag van hulst (binnenste rand). De ingang tot de begraafplaats wordt gemarkeerd door twee Japanse Kersen. De eenvoudige symmetrische aanleg wordt bepaald door een hoofdas van west naar oost (as van symmetrie) geflankeerd door kegelvormig gesnoeide hulstbomen. Aan weerszijden van deze as liggen de graven opgedeeld in vijf rangen (prijsklassen).
Waardering
De begraafplaats is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de eenvoudige symmetrische aanleg kenmerkend voor de neoclassicistische stijl.
In stedebouwkundig opzicht is de begraafplaats van algemeen belang vanwege de samenhang van aanleg en beplanting en vanwege de bijzondere en beeldbepalende situering in het vlakke weidelandschap.

Description
The cemetery is situated perpendicular to the road and is formed by a raised, small rectangular area that is moated and surrounded by a windbreaker of alders (outer edge) and a hedge of holly (inner edge). The entrance to the cemetery is marked by two Japanese Cherries. The simple symmetrical layout is determined by a main axis from west to east (axis of symmetry) flanked by conical-clipped holly trees. On either side of this axis the graves are divided into five rows (price categories).
Valuation
The cemetery is of general importance on account of cultural and architectural-historical value on account of the simple symmetrical layout characteristic of the neoclassical style.
From an urban planning perspective, the cemetery is of general importance on account of the coherence of layout and planting and on account of the special and image-defining situation in the flat pasture landscape.
