Aan de noordzijde van het toegangshek tot de begraafplaats staat een BAARHUISJE gebouwd omstreeks 1870 in Neo-classicistische stijl als identiek pendant van het lijkenhuisje aan de zuidzijde. Het op rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken huisje bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde bouletpannen; goten op gesneden klampen en windveren. De gevels zijn gepleisterd met schijnvoegen, boven een hoge, glad gepleisterde plint. In de zuidelijke langsgevel bevindt zich een keperboogvormige dubbele houten deur met stolpnaald aan enkele gepleisterde traptreden en een gemetselde drempel. In de westelijke en noordelijke gevel blinde keperboogvensters met ruitvormige schijnvoegen, boven waterdorpels op consoles. In de oostelijke eindgevel een segmentboogvenster met een ruitvormige roedenverdeling.
Boven alle gevelopeningen zijn sierlijstjes aangebracht, die de vorm van de opening volgen. Onder de blinde vensters ventilatieroosters in rozetvorm. Tegen de noordgevel, aan de grachtzijde, hangt een sierijzer bestaande uit grote krullen met kroonvormige ornamenten.

Het baarhuisje van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als karakteristiek onderdeel van de begraafplaats en wegens de historische-functionele relatie met de toegangspartij van de begraafplaats.

Description
On the north side of the cemetery entrance gate stands a DEAD-HOUSE built around 1870 in Neo-classical style as an identical pendant to the mortuary chapel on the south side. The building constructed on a rectangular plan consists of one storey under a gabled roof with suppressed slate tiles; gutters on cut clamps and wind braces. The facades are plastered with false joints, above a tall, smooth plastered plinth. In the southern long facade is a chevron-arch-shaped double wooden door with a check bolt at a few plastered steps and a built-up threshold. In the western and northern facade blind chevron-arch windows with diamond-shaped false joints, above drip moulds on consoles. In the eastern end facade a segmental-arch window with a diamond-shaped glazing bars.
Above all facade openings decorative bands have been applied, which follow the form of the opening. Below the blind windows ventilation grilles in rosette form. Against the north facade, on the canal side, hangs ornamental ironwork consisting of large scrolls with crown-shaped ornaments.
