Vrijstaande VILLA, met een tuin rondom. Gebouwd rond 1870 in Eclectische stijl.
Omschrijving.
Tweelaags pand op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de straat loopt. Het dak is gedekt met Oud Hollandse pannen. Het huis is uitgevoerd in baksteen en voorzien van hoeklisenen, op de begane grond met gebosseerd gepleisterde blokken. De voorgevel heeft een hoge gepleisterde plint. Andere horizontale elementen in de voorgevel zijn een gepleisterde kroonlijst en cordonlijsten. In de middenrisaliet op de begane grond een dubbele paneeldeur in gebosseerd geblokte omlijsting. Erboven een rechthoekig balkon op dekoratieve consoles met leeuwenkoppen. Het balkon heeft openslaande deuren. Aan weerszijden van de middenrisaliet zijn ramen aangebracht, op de begane grond zijn het achtruitsramen, op de verdieping zesruiters. Ervoor zijn voorzetramen geplaatst. Boven alle ramen en balkondeur is een gestucte versiering aangebracht in classicistische vormgeving. In de achtergevel is een banderol aangebracht met het jaartal 1948. Dit duidt op de uitbreiding van het huis met een serre in dat jaar. Op de begane grond zijn hier achtruitsramen aangebracht, daarboven op de verdieping bevinden zich zesruitsramen onder segmentbogen. Bovenaan in de gevel is een muizentandlijst aangebracht. Grote trap naar de tuin. Links in de aanbouw een groot raam, een kleine dakkapel. De rechterzijgevel is nagenoeg blind, in de top een T-raam. Linkerzijgevel met extra ingang. Het hele huis is onderkelderd. De kelderlichten hebben diefijzers.
In het interieur is de indeling in oorspronkelijke vorm bewaard gebleven. Een centrale gang met rechts daarvan een grote kamer met serre (uit 1948). De haard in de voorkamer heeft een natuurstenen omlijsting uit 1948. De kamers links van de gang bezitten stucplafonds. De hoge gang heeft een marmeren vloer.

Two-storey property on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof whose ridge runs parallel to the street. The roof is covered with Old Dutch tiles.
