Vrijstaande KERVERIJ. Gebouwd in 1922 in Ambachtelijk-Tradionele vormen.
Omschrijving.
Eénlaags bedrijfspand op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een mansardedak. Het dak is gedekt met muldenpannen. Oorspronkelijk waren alle gevels geheel in hout uitgevoerd, na oorlogsschade is het gebouw op een bakstenen plint gezet. In de gevels zijn vooral zesruitsramen aangebracht. Er zijn enkele liggende ramen aanwezig. Toegang via smalle houten opgeklampte deuren.
Het interieur bestaat uit een grote ruimte op de begane grond en een zolder die door luiken in de vloer met de begane grond in verbinding staat.
Waardering.
De kerverij is van algemeen belang en heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische omtwikkeling en de typologische ontwikkeling van de gebouwen voor de tabaksindustrie. Het gebouw is van belang vanwege de gaafheid en zeldzaamheid van het type. Het heeft ensemblewaarde, het is een essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Description.
One-storey business premises on a rectangular ground plan under a mansard roof. The roof is covered with pantiles. Originally all facades were entirely executed in wood, after war damage the building was placed on a brick plinth. In the facades six-light windows are especially applied. There are some horizontal windows present. Access via narrow applied wooden doors.
The interior consists of a large space on the ground floor and a top floor which through hatches in the floor connects with the ground floor.
Valuation.
The butchery is of general importance and has cultural-historical significance as an expression of the socio-economic development and the typological development of buildings for the tobacco industry.
