Inleiding.
Woonhuis met bedrijfsruimten in Ambachtelijk-Tradionele stijl. Het huis dateert uit circa 1890. In de jaren twintig van de twintigste eeuw is het uitgebreid met een haakse aanbouw, toen het tabaksbedrijf zich in het pand vestigde.
Omschrijving.
Eénlaags bakstenen woonhuis op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak waarvan de nok evenwijdig aan de straat loopt. Het dak is gedekt met Oud Hollandse Pannen. Achter het huis, in het verlengde van de rechterzijgevel staat haaks op de hoofdmassa een bakstenen aanbouw. Dit éénlaagse gedeelte heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak, evenwijdig aan de zijstraat, gedekt met Oud-Hollandse Pannen. Het pand heeft rondom een gepleisterde plint.
De voorgevel telt vijf traveeën en heeft een symmetrische opzet en is voorzien van een gepleisterde kroonlijst. De deur bevindt zich in het midden, ervoor ligt een kleine natuurstenen stoep. Boven de ingang, in het dak is een topgeveltje gemetseld, voorzien van siervazen. Aan weerszijden van de deur zijn twee licht getoogde zesruitsschuiframen aangebracht, de bovenlichten zijn gevuld met glas-in-lood in geometrische patronen. In de rechterzijgevel bevinden zich dezelfde ramen. Daarboven in de topgevel drie kleinere ramen. In de linkerzijgevel bevinden zich twee ramen in de top. Op de nok staan twee vierkante schoorstenen.
Dicht tegen het huis, in de zijgevel van de haakse aanbouw, is een opgeklampte deur. In het achterste gedeelte bevinden zich een getoogde poort en een kleinere rechthoekige poort in getoogde nis. Aan weerszijden ramen, kruiskozijnen met kleine roedenverdeling onder segmentbogen. De boogvelden zijn gevuld met metselmozaïek. Onder de goot is in de gevel een gemetselde tandlijst aangebracht. De kopse gevel is blind. De gevel aan de tuinkant is voorzien van een tandlijst en bevat enkele ramen en een poort. In de achtergevel van het woonhuis zijn enkele ramen aangebracht.
In het interieur is de indeling in grote lijnen bewaard gebleven. De hoge centrale gang heeft gemarmerde lambriseringen. Links daarvan bevindt zich een kamer met decoratief stucplafond. Het pand is gedeeltelijk onderkelderd, erboven bevindt zich een opkamer. Op zolder is in 1923 een aantal kamers gemaakt. In de aanbouw zijn de bedrijfsruimtes nog aanwezig.

Het huis met bedrijfsruimten is van algemeen belang.
