Inleiding
Voormalig KOETSHUIS ANNEX KOETSIERSWONING, oorspronkelijk behorend bij de historische buitenplaats "Boekesteyn", gebouwd in het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw in eclectische bouwtrant. Stilistisch vertoont het pand sterke overeenkomsten met de naastgelegen voormalige tuinmanswoning (Noordereinde 281). Het pand is vrijstaand gesitueerd langs het Noordereinde, tussen de straatweg en de 's-Gravelandse vaart, tegenover de buitenplaats, als onderdeel van het beschermde dorpsgezicht van 's-Graveland.
Omschrijving
Voormalig koetshuis annex koetsierswoning, opgetrokken op een vrijwel rechthoekige plattegrond ter hoogte van één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping. Het pand is opgebouwd uit drie bouwvolumes: aan de zuidzijde een langgerekt gedeelte van drie vensterassen breed onder zadeldak met de noklijn evenwijdig aan de weg, en aan de noordzijde twee bouwlichamen met topgevels onder zadeldaken met de noklijn haaks op de weg. De dakvlakken zijn bedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen. De dakranden zijn voorzien van geschulpte windveren en topmakelaar. Een hoog opgaande schoorsteen bevindt zich tussen de twee topgevels en aan de noordzijde, vlak boven de goot aangezet. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in donkerrode baksteen met gecementeerde geblokte hoekpilasters, pilasters op de vensterassen en een band langs de gevelrand. De rechter zijgevel en de achtergevel zijn gepleisterd in imitatie zandstenen blokken.
De voorgevel (O) bevat in het linker volume drie zes-ruitsvensters met licht getoogde bovendorpel. In het middelste volume een centrale deur onder dubbel bovenlicht, geflankeerd door stolpvensters onder dubbel bovenlicht met licht getoogde bovendorpel en in de top een keperboogvormig venster. In het rechter volume twee zes-ruitsvensters en een keperboogvenster in de top.
De linker zijgevel (Z) bevat een centrale dubbele houten deur tussen twee ronde (stal)vensters met kruisroede in gecementeerde omlijsting. In de geveltop een keperboogvormig venster met hijsbalk.
De rechter zijgevel (N) bevat links een zes-ruitsvenster en een paneeldeur met dubbel glaspaneel onder dubbel bovenlicht, waarvoor een bakstenen trap met twee treden en een keldervenster.
De achtergevel (W) bevat links op de begane grond een aanbouw met aan weerszijden daarvan in het hoofdvolume een negen-ruitsvenster. In de geveltop een rond venster boven twee zes-ruitsvensters. In het middenvolume op de begane grond een groot venster in drie delen met roedenverdeling onder driedelig bovenlicht. Links en rechts vier-ruitsstolpvensters onder dubbel bovenlicht met licht gebogen bovendorpel. In de top een deur met zijlichten onder keperboogvormig bovenlicht. Het rechter volume springt iets terug en bevat in de linkeras een aanbouw. In de andere assen een venster.

Former COACHHOUSE ANNEX COACHMAN'S DWELLING, originally belonging to the historic country estate "Boekesteyn", built in the last quarter of the 19th century in eclectic building style. Stylistically the property displays strong similarities with the adjacent former gardener's dwelling (Noordereinde 281). The property is freestanding situated along the Noordereinde, between the road and the 's-Gravelandse vaart, opposite the country estate, as part of the protected village scene of 's-Graveland.
Description
Former coachhouse annex coachman's dwelling, erected on a virtually rectangular plan at the height of one storey and an attic storey. The property is composed of three building volumes: on the south side an elongated section three window bays wide under a gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the road, and on the north side two building elements with stepped gables under gabled roofs with the ridge perpendicular to the road. The roof surfaces are covered with damped pantiles. The roof edges are provided with scalloped bargeboards and roof crest. A high-rising chimney stack is located between the two stepped gables and on the north side, fixed just above the gutter. The façades are built in dark red brick with cemented rusticated corner pilasters, pilasters on the window bays and a band along the gable edge. The right side façade and the rear façade are plastered in imitation of sandstone blocks.
The front façade (E) contains in the left volume three six-pane windows with slightly segmental arch over. In the middle volume a central door under double fanlight, flanked by mullioned windows under double fanlight with slightly segmental arch over and in the gable apex a basket-weave arched window. In the right volume two six-pane windows and a basket-weave arched window at the gable apex.
The left side façade (S) contains a central double wooden door between two round (stable) windows with cross glazing bars in cemented surround. In the gable apex a basket-weave arched window with a hoist beam.
The right side façade (N) contains on the left a six-pane window and a panel door with double glazed panel under double fanlight, in front of which a brick staircase with two steps and a basement window.
The rear façade (W) contains on the left on the ground floor an outbuilding with in the main volume on either side of it a nine-pane window. In the gable apex a round window above two six-pane windows. In the middle volume on the ground floor a large window in three sections with glazing bars under three-part fanlight. Left and right four-pane mullioned windows under double fanlight with slightly curved arch over. In the gable apex a door with sidelights under basket-weave arched fanlight. The right volume steps back slightly and contains in the left bay an outbuilding. In the other bays a window.
