Omschrijving onderdeel 8: SCHUUR ANNEX KOETSHUIS.
Naast de boerderij staat een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen schuur annex koetshuis uit 1915 onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfsdak met licht overstek op geprofileerde gordingen. In de zuidgevel bevindt zich een excentrisch geplaatste getoogde deeldeur waarboven een dakkapel met hooiluik onder een steekkapje en rechts daarvan twee vensters onder korfbogen, oostgevel met korfboogvormige deeldeur en in de top een gietijzeren korfboogvenster.

De SCHUUR ANNEX KOETSHUIS is van algemeen belang:

Description component 8: BARN ANNEX COACH HOUSE.
Beside the farmhouse stands a brick barn annex coach house constructed on a rectangular ground plan from 1915, covered with a half-hipped roof with muted Dutch tiles with slight overhang on moulded plates. In the south facade an eccentrically positioned segmental arch barn door with above it a roof dormer with hay door beneath a steep hip roof and to the right of this two windows beneath segmental arches; east facade with segmental arch barn door and at the top a cast-iron segmental arch window.
