Langs de zuidrand van het wandelbos aan de Laan van Toutenburg, een tuinmanswoning uit 1703; eenvoudig witgeschilderd bakstenen gebouw onder tentdak met rode pannen en koningsstijl; 6- en 8-lichts vensters; zuidelijk dakschild loopt iets lager door.
