Omschrijving onderdeel 3: (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 3)
BOUWHUIS Aan de linkerzijde van het voorplein staand bouwhuis, in oorspong XVIII, op rechthoekige plattegrond. Symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel. Een bouwlaag hoog, overkapt door een met gesmoorde Oudhollandse pannen gedekte schildkap met afgewolfde einden. Het schild van de achtergevel is lager doorgetrokken en is op enkele plaatsen opgelicht t.b.v. entrees. Op de nok staan twee bakstenen schoorstenen en centraal een klokkentorentje. Op het dakschild aan de voorzijde twee dakkapellen waarvan de vensters zijn voorzien van luiken. Centraal in de voorgevel een getoogde baander, verder twee entrees met bovenlichten en twee vensters met luiken en bovenlichten. Tijdens een ingrijpende restauratie in 1997/98 zijn de niet dragende onderdelen in het interieur verwijderd, zodat een grote ruimte is ontstaan, en is tegen de linker zijgevel een schouw geplaatst.

BOUWHUIS Standing on the left side of the forecourt, a bouwhuis, originally 18th century, on a rectangular ground plan. Symmetrically arranged front facade. One storey high, covered by a hipped roof covered with dampened Old Dutch tiles with curved ends. The hip of the rear facade is carried lower and is in places opened for entrances. On the ridge stand two brick chimneys and centrally a small bell tower. On the roof hip on the front side two roof dormers whose windows are provided with shutters. Centrally in the front facade an arched lintel, further two entrances with fanlights and two windows with shutters and fanlights. During a major restoration in 1997/98 the non-load-bearing interior components were removed, creating a large space, and a fireplace wall was placed against the left side facade.
