Omschrijving
Inleiding.
BOERDERIJ van het kortgeveltype, in 1875 (jaartalankers in de voorgevel 1876) opgetrokken in een Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant. De boerderij met opvallende voortuin is gelegen aan een van de zuidelijke uitvalswegen van de bebouwde kom van Nistelrode. De boerderij vervult tegenwoordig voornamelijk een woonfunctie. Aan de noordzijde van het pand bevindt zich de rechthoekige sier- of groententuin. Aan de westzijde bevindt zich een kleine boomgaard. Boomgaard en tuin vallen buiten de van rijkswege geldende bescherming.
Omschrijving.
Boerderij op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels van handvorm baksteen, gemetseld in kruisverband onder een evenwijdig aan de straat lopend, afgewolfd zadeldak, gedekt met muldenpannen en riet. Aan de zuidzijde heeft het pand een zeer lage dakvoet. Woongedeelte met gecementeerde plint. De voorgevel bestaat uit vier traveeën. De gevelopeningen zijn recht gesloten. De van luiken voorziene vensters op de begane grond hebben hardstenen onderdorpels en een hanekam aan de bovenzijde. De schuiframen hebben een roedenverdeling. Opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. Hierboven bevinden zich de smeedijzeren jaartalankers. In het kapgedeelte zijn drie kleine rechthoekige venstertjes aangebracht. Onder de rieten afwolving is nog een stroomlaag zichtbaar. De westelijke zijgevel heeft een recht gesloten venster met schuifraam met roedenverdeling, een recht gesloten opgeklampte deur en verder naar achter toe drie paar deeldeuren. Het middelste paar daarvan ligt iets terug uin de gevel. Het achterste bedrijfsgedeelte springt daarentegen weer iets uit en is geheel met riet gedekt. In de zuidelijke gevel, waar de dakvoet het laagst is, bevinden zich drie kleine rechte venstertjes. Intern is de boerderij aan de woonfunctie aangepast.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarden die ze heeft als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling van het kleinschalige boerenbedrijf in de provincie. De boerderij heeft architectuurhistorische waarden als voorbeeld van Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwkunst en vanwege de bijzondere samenhang tussen interieur en exterieur.

FARMHOUSE of the short-gable type, erected in 1875 (date anchors in the front facade 1876) in a Craft-traditional building manner. The farmhouse with striking front garden is situated on one of the southern exit roads from the built-up area of Nistelrode. The farmhouse nowadays serves primarily a residential function. On the north side of the building there is the rectangular ornamental or vegetable garden. On the west side there is a small orchard. Orchard and garden fall outside the protection afforded by the national authorities.
Description.
Farmhouse on rectangular ground plan with facades of handmade brick, laid in English bond under a gabled roof running parallel to the street, with a curved profile, covered with curved pantiles and thatch. On the south side the building has a very low roof eave. Residential section with cemented plinth. The front facade consists of four bays. The gable openings are straight-closed. The shuttered windows on the ground floor have hardstone under-dorpers and a rooster comb at the top. The sash windows have glazing bars. Mounted door with fanlight with glazing bars. Above these are the wrought-iron date anchors. In the roof section three small rectangular little windows have been inserted. Under the thatched curve a strut layer is still visible. The western side facade has a straight-closed window with sash window with glazing bars, a straight-closed mounted door and further back three pairs of divided doors. The middle pair of these is set slightly back in the facade. The rear business section, by contrast, juts out slightly and is entirely covered with thatch.
