Omschrijving
BOUWHUIS behorend bij de historische buitenplaats Weldam. Het bouwhuis, XVIII, gedeeltelijk XIXb; ten zuidoosten van het huis als zuidelijke begrenzing van het voorplein, direct aan de Wegdammerweg; bakstenen gebouw op - gedeeltelijk - een zandstenen plint van één bouwlaag op min of meer vierkante plattegrond; dak bestaand uit drie evenwijdige schildkappen loodrecht op de weg; het oudste aan het voorplein grenzende deel (XVIII) is het eigenlijke bouwhuis; rond 1840 zijn aan de zuidelijke langsgevel twee even grote bouwmassa's, elk onder een eigen kap, aangebouwd; hierin huist een boerderij; meerruitsvensters en halfronde schuurdeuren, waarvan twee dichtgezet; het dak is gedekt met grijze pannen, behalve de binnenschilden, die rode pannen hebben.

KOETSHUIS behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Wegdam. Het koetshuis, 1893; tegenover bouwhuis aan de andere (oost-)kant van de weg; baksteen, één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder twee evenwijdige schilddaken met grijze pannen loodrecht op de weg; twee halfronde inrijpoorten met zandstenen schampstenen, waarnaast kleine langwerpige zeshoekige raampjes; tussen de poorten een schijndeur van pleisterwerk; de zuidoosthoek van het gebouw is rond gemetseld. Tussen bouwhuis en koetshuis een oude bestrating in visgraatpatroon van klinkers en veldkeien.

Description
BUILDING HOUSE belonging to the historic country estate Weldam. The building house, 18th century, partly second half of the 19th century; to the southeast of the house as the southern boundary of the forecourt, directly on the Wegdammerweg; brick building on - partially - a sandstone plinth of one storey on more or less square ground plan; roof consisting of three parallel hipped roofs perpendicular to the road; the oldest part bordering the forecourt (18th century) is the actual building house; around 1840 two equally large building masses, each under its own roof, were added to the southern long facade; a farmyard is housed here; multi-light windows and semi-circular barn doors, two of which are closed up; the roof is covered with grey tiles, except for the internal hips, which have red tiles.

Description
COACH HOUSE belonging to the historic country estate Wegdam. The coach house, 1893; opposite the building house on the other (east) side of the road; brick, one storey on a rectangular ground plan under two parallel hipped roofs with grey tiles perpendicular to the road; two semi-circular entrance doors with sandstone chamfered stones, with small, elongated hexagonal windows beside them; between the doors a blind door of plasterwork; the southeast corner of the building is rounded in brick. Between the building house and coach house an old paving in herringbone pattern of clinker and field stones.
