Omschrijving:
De jachtopzienerswoning is omstreeks 1930 gebouwd op een bescheiden verhoging. Het is een gedeeltelijk onderkelderd pand van één bouwlaag op een asymmetrische plattegrond. Het pand is opgetrokken in baksteen, wit bepleisterd en voorzien van een zwarte plint. Het samengestelde schilddak is gedekt met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen en voorzien van een dakkapel onder lessenaarsdak. De voorgevel heeft een veranda. Er zijn verschillende vensters toegepast, voorzien van onderluiken.
Waardering:
De omstreeks 1930 gebouwde jachtopzienerswoning van Ossenbroek is van algemeen belang vanwege: - de kernmerkende functie van het pand op een zo nadrukkelijk voor sieraad, landbouw én jacht gebruikte buitenplaats; - de visuele en functionele samenhang met de buitenplaats; - de enigszins rustieke, op de landelijke omgeving geënte vormgeving met asymmetrische plattegrond en veranda.

HUNTING KEEPER'S LODGE (component 3)
Description:
The hunting keeper's lodge was built around 1930 on a modest elevation. It is a partly basement single-storey building on an asymmetrical floor plan. The building is constructed of brick, rendered white and fitted with a black plinth. The composite hipped roof is covered with red improved Dutch tiles and fitted with a roof dormer with a lean-to roof. The front facade has a veranda. Various windows have been used, fitted with lower shutters.
Valuation:
The hunting keeper's lodge of Ossenbroek, built around 1930, is of general importance because of: - the defining function of the building on a country estate used so prominently for ornament, agriculture and hunting; - the visual and functional coherence with the country estate; - the somewhat rustic, countryside-oriented design with asymmetrical floor plan and veranda.
