KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Neerijnen.
Tegenover het hoofdgebouw aan de noordzijde van de voorburcht staat een langgerekt koetshuis in oorsprong uit de 18de eeuw en grondig verbouwd tot zijn huidige vorm en aanzien in de jaren '20 van de 20ste eeuw. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt, geknikt schilddak met gemetselde hoekschoorstenen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal twee getoogde dubbele inrijdeuren geflankeerd door een staldeur met rondboog bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden; aan weerszijden daarvan een woning met gelijke ritmiek: een rondboog roedenvenster, toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden en een kruisvenster met halve luiken onder een korfboogvormige ontlastingsboog. De kopse westgevel heeft twee kruisvensters met daarboven twee dakkapellen; in de oostgevel eveneens twee dakkapellen en één kruisvenster. Gepleisterde achtergevel met schijnvoegen; indeling met getoogde stalvensters en deuren, getoogde inrijdeuren.

COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate Neerijnen.
Opposite the main building on the north side of the forecourt stands an elongated coach house originally from the 18th century and thoroughly rebuilt to its present form and appearance in the 1920s. The brick building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a hipped roof with muffled tiles, bent at the hip, with mortared corner chimneys. The symmetrically arranged front facade has centrally two arched double carriage entrance doors flanked by a stable door with semicircular fanlight provided with spoke-panes; on either side of that a dwelling with equal rhythm: a semicircular spoke window, entrance door with semicircular fanlight provided with spoke-panes and a cross window with half shutters under a basket-arch relieving arch. The narrow west facade has two cross windows with above two roof dormers; in the east facade likewise two roof dormers and one cross window. Rendered rear facade with false joints; layout with arched stable windows and doors, arched carriage entrance doors.
