TUINMANSWONING ANNEX KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Mattemburgh. Terzijde van het hoofdgebouw staat een witgeschilderde bakstenen dienstwoning gebouwd tussen 1846-1848, dat in 1852 is uitgebreid tot woonhuis, stal en koetshuis en in 1947 is herbouwd na oorlogsschade. Het gebouw bestaat uit een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken woning van twee bouwlagen onder een met gesmoorde Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met hoekschoorstenen en haaks daarop een op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken verdiepingloze stal annex koetshuis die een kleine binnenplaats omsluit. Gevels met geblokte lisenen. De naar de weg gekeerde voorgevel kent een regelmatige indeling van drie vensterassen met centraal de toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden en aan weerszijden een rondboogvormig venster met luiken. Op de verdieping bevinden zich drie tweeruitsvensters. Het koetshuis heeft aan de achterzijde vier dubbele inrijdeuren met segmentvormige bovenlichten. Zijgevel met deur en rondboogvensters.

GARDENER'S DWELLING ANNEX COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate Mattemburgh. To the side of the main building stands a whitewashed brick servants' dwelling built between 1846-1848, which was extended in 1852 to dwelling house, stable and coach house and was rebuilt in 1947 after war damage. The building consists of a dwelling erected on a rectangular ground plan of two storeys beneath a hipped roof covered with suppressed Old Dutch tiles with corner chimneys and at right angles to it a single-storey stable annex coach house erected on an L-shaped ground plan which encloses a small courtyard. Facades with rusticated strips. The front facade facing the road has a regular arrangement of three window bays with centrally the access door with semicircular fanlight furnished with radial bars and on both sides a round-arched window with shutters. On the storey above are three two-pane windows. The coach house has on the rear side four double carriage doors with segmental fanlights. Side facade with door and round-arched windows.
