SCHUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats De Nederhorst. Naast het koetshuis staat een in oorsprong achttiende-eeuwse houten schuur, die later naar achteren toe is verlengd (dit laatste deel is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis). De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken schuur bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met kruispannen gedekt zadeldak.
Waardering SCHUUR van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - als karakteristiek en functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats; - vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.
