Omschrijving onderdeel 4:
KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats De Nederhorst. Aan de westzijde wordt het voorplein afgesloten door een achttiende-eeuws koetshuis, dat in het begin van de twintigste eeuw met twee vleugels aan weerszijden, haaks op het bouwlichaam, is uitgebreid. Het op U-vormige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak; de vleugels die naar achteren toe uitspringen worden beëindigd door een topgevel. Het pand is in 1961 gerestaureerd; inwendig geheel vernieuwd. Gevelindeling met vernieuwde vensters en halve luiken. De regelmatig ingedeelde lijstgevel aan de voorzijde heeft een licht risalerende middenpartij geaccentueerd door een iets verspringende lijst en bekroond door een dakkapel met gebogen fronton (licht) met wangen. In de middenrisaliet twee vensters met aan weerszijden daarvan een deurpartij waarin dubbel inrijdeuren met halfrond bovenlicht in een rechthoekige omlijsting met snijwerk in de hoeken en een venster; rechts van de risaliet een luidklok. In beide zijvleugels een venster en een deurpartij van kleiner formaat (thans met glas), in de top een rond venster.

COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate De Nederhorst. On the west side, the forecourt is closed off by an eighteenth-century coach house, which at the beginning of the twentieth century was extended with two wings on either side, at right angles to the building structure. The brick building erected on a U-shaped ground plan consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with tiles; the wings that project backwards are terminated by a stepped gable. The building was restored in 1961; internally completely renewed. Facade articulation with renewed windows and half shutters. The regularly articulated cornice-topped facade on the front has a slightly projecting central section accentuated by a slightly offset cornice and crowned by a roof dormer with curved pediment (light) with consoles. In the central projection two windows with a doorway on either side, in which double carriage doors with semicircular fanlight in a rectangular surround with carved ornament in the corners and a window; to the right of the projection a bell; in both side wings a window and a doorway of smaller format (now with glass), in the top a round window.
