Inleiding
De R.K. PASTORIE van de H. Bernadetteparochie te Spoordonk is gelegen ten zuidwesten van de kerk en middels een tussenlid daarmee verbonden. Het gebouw dateert uit 1935-'36 en werd net als de kerk gebouwd naar een ontwerp van A.J.M. Rats. Het gebouw is in de detaillering aangepast aan de landelijke omgeving en uitgevoerd in een traditionalistische vormentaalmet gotiserende motieven, ontleend aan de Brabantse gotiek, vermengd met stijlelementen van de school van A.J. Kropholler. Omstreeks 1990 is het pand dat zijn oorspronkelijke functie verloren heeft, opgesplitst in vier appartementen.
Omschrijving
De anderhalflaagse pastorie heeft een L-vormige plattegrond en een zadeldak, dat op verschillende hoogten is aangezet, een fors overstek heeft en gedekt is met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. The R.K. RECTORY of the H. Bernadette parish in Spoordonk is situated to the southwest of the church and connected to it by means of an intermediate link.
