Omschrijving onderdeel 6A: VILLA BOSLUST.
VILLA BOSLUST, 1910 - 1915; bakstenen deels gepleisterd gebouw van twee bouwlagen op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met wolfseind; rode tuiles-du-nord pannen; achterbouw aan noordgevel (één laag) onder schilddak met dezelfde pannen; risalerend westelijk deel van de zuidgevel onder knik in het dak; oostelijk hiervan een uitbouw met balkon; diverse en onregelmatige gevel- en raamindelingen, o.a. vierlichts ramen, waarvan het dwarskalf iets boven de helft van de raamhoogte; vensters deels met (halve) luiken.

VILLA BOSLUST, 1910 - 1915; brick building partly rendered of two storeys on rectangular ground plan under gabled roof with half-hipped end; red Tuiles-du-Nord tiles; rear building at north facade (one storey) under hipped roof with the same tiles; projecting western part of south facade under roof line break; to the east of this an outbuilding with balcony; various and irregular facade and window arrangements, among others four-light windows, of which the transom is slightly above the halfway point of the window height; windows partly with (half) shutters.

The VILLA BOSLUST, forming part of an ensemble of villa with barn of general importance:
