Omschrijving
In de noordoosthoek van de aanleg staat een bakstenen TUINHUISJE het begin van de 20ste eeuw. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken gebouwtje bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met in de topgevels een rozetvenster. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal een getoogde houten deur geflankeerd door een venster.

TUINHUISJE is van algemeen belang:

Description
In the north-east corner of the site stands a brick GARDEN HOUSE from the beginning of the 20th century. The small building erected on rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with suppressed Dutch tiles with a rose window in the gable ends. The symmetrically arranged front facade has centrally an arched wooden door flanked by a window.
