Omschrijving onderdeel 4: drie dienstwoningen
4.1 ZWITSERS HUISJE, Bieruma Oostingweg 11; in 1854 naar ontwerp van G. Brouwer gebouwd als tuinmanswoning met folly-uiterlijk; blokvormig gepleisterd huisje met een bel-étage op hoog onderhuis, dat als opslagruimte dient; sterk overstekend flauw hellend zadeldak met leien en geschulpte windveren; naar de weg gekeerde voorgevel met drie spitsboogramen (zeslichten) in neogotische trant; hiervoor, over de gehele gevelbreedte, een houten balkon op vierkante palen, waartussen ook geschulpte planken als versiering. 4.2 DIENSTWONING Marijke-Muoiwei 4; 1869: gepleisterd huisje (één bouwlaag) op rechthoekige plattegrond onder overstekend zadeldak met grijze pannen; schoorsteen; langs gehele dakrand geschulpte planken/ windveren met lelievormige pendanten; lichtgetoogde vijflichts ramen met aan bovenzijde stuclijsten. 4.3 TUINMANSWONING in de moestuin (noordoosthoek), Marijke-Muoiwei 8; 1875 naar ontwerp van G. Brouwer onder toezicht van H.R. Stoett jr ; gepleisterd huis op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met grijze dubbel gegolfde pannen, één bouwlaag; symmetrische voorgevel met eenvoudige deur met aan weerszijden een negenlichts venster; doorgetrokken gevel onder flauw hellend zadeldakje; glasdeur met balkon op terracotta consoles; schijnlisenen van bandwerk in stuc op de gevelhoeken.

4.1 SWISS COTTAGE, Bieruma Oostingweg 11; built in 1854 to a design by G. Brouwer as a gardener's cottage with folly appearance; block-shaped rendered cottage with a bel-étage on a high basement, which serves as storage space; strongly overhanging shallow-pitched gabled roof with slate and sculpted finials; front facade facing the road with three pointed-arch windows (six lights) in neogothic style; in front of this, spanning the entire facade width, a wooden balcony on square posts, with sculpted panels between them as ornamental decoration. 4.2 SERVICE DWELLING Marijke-Muoiwei 4; 1869: rendered cottage (one storey) on rectangular ground plan under overhanging gabled roof with grey tiles; chimney; along the entire roof edge sculpted panels/finials with lily-shaped pendants; light-tinted five-light windows with stucco mouldings on the upper side. 4.3 GARDENER'S COTTAGE in the vegetable garden (north-east corner), Marijke-Muoiwei 8; 1875 to a design by G.
