Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Marquette. Parallel aan de oprijlaan ligt een 18de-eeuwse bakstenen dienstwoning (thans beheerderswoning). Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt schilddak met gemetselde hoekschoorstenen. In het midden van de voorgevel is een omlijste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht en daarboven een dakkapel met klauwstukken en een driezijdig fronton; links van deze as vier meerruitsvensters; rechts een venster, een dubbele houten inrijdeur en een venster.

COACHHOUSE belonging to the country estate Marquette. Parallel to the approach road lies an 18th-century brick service dwelling (now caretaker's dwelling). The building erected on rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with tiles with plastered corner chimneys. In the middle of the front facade is a framed entrance door with fanlight and above it a roof dormer with angled brackets and a three-sided pediment; to the left of this axis four multi-pane windows; to the right a window, a double wooden carriage entrance and a window.
