BEHEERDERSWONING, deel uitmakend van de voormalige ontginningsboerderij Lactaria.
Omschrijving
Eenlaags woonhuis, opgetrokken uit baksteen, gepleisterd en witgeschilderd, onder wolfsdak met overstek, gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen. Bakstenen plint. In de korte gevel aan de straatzijde twee T-ramen met bovenlicht met achtruitsverdeling, erboven twee rechthoekige ramen elk met twee maal zesruits verdeling met openslaande ramen. In de voorgevel drie raamassen met middeningang en T-ramen. In het dakvlak eendakkapel. Aan de achterzijde een aanbouw onder plat dak. Inwendig verbouwd met behoud van enkele oorspronkelijke elementen, waaronder trap met balusters en stucplafonds.
Waardering
Het complex is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische en geografische ontwikkeling in de Peel, het getuigt van een typologische ontwikkeling en heeft innovatieve betekenis. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde voor de geschiedenis van de boerderij-architectuur en is van belang wegens de samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. Het heeft ensemblewaarden wegens de situering, verbonden met de ontwikkeling van de streek. Single-storey dwelling, constructed of brick, plastered and whitewashed, under a half-hipped roof with overhang, covered with improved Dutch tiles. Brick plinth. In the short gable facing the street two T-windows with fanlight with eight-pane glazing, above two rectangular windows each with two six-pane sections with opening windows. In the front gable three window bays with central entrance and T-windows. In the roof plane one roof dormer. On the rear side an extension under a flat roof. Interior modernised with retention of some original elements, including staircase with balusters and plaster ceilings.
Valuation
The complex is of general importance. It has cultural-historical significance as a special expression of social-economic and geographical development in the Peel, it testifies to a typological development and has innovative importance. It has architectural-historical value for the history of farm architecture and is of importance because of the coherence between exterior and interior. It has ensemble values because of its setting, linked to the development of the region. Despite the alterations it has been well preserved and is rare from a building-technical, typological and functional perspective.
