Omschrijving
Inleiding.
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ, gebouwd in Traditionalistische stijl in 1941, ten gevolge van oorlogsschade als Wederopbouwboerderij. De aangebouwde schuur is rond 1920 gebouwd. De boerderij staat op de kruising van de Beerseweg en de Emmerseweg.
Omschrijving.
De gevels van de boerderij op rechthoekige plattegrond zijn opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen met rollaag bij de plint. Op het wolfdak ligt riet, de voet is belegd met rode verbeterde hollandse dakpannen. De gevel is links en rechts uitgebouwd met een laag bakstenen muurtje onder ezelsrug. Van links naar rechts is er eerst het stalgedeelte met regelmatig geplaatste muuropeningen. Dat zijn twee smalle raampjes, boogvormige staldeuren, een getoogd zesruits stalraam, weer korfbogige staldeuren en een getoogd stalraam. Het woongedeelte bezit twee schuiframen met drieruits bovenlicht, een deur en nog een schuifraam, onder een strek. De semi-opgeklampte voordeur wordt geaccentueerd door twee bakstenen muurtjes met gebogen ijzeren stangen. De getoogde deur heeft een rechthoekig raampje met sierijzer.
In het bovenlicht bevinden zich sierroeden. Boven de deur is in de rieten kap een halfronde dakkapel geplaatst met een kleine roedenverdeling.
In de rechter gevel bevindt zich een schuifraam met drieruits bovenlicht en een kelderraam met opkamer en schuifvenster. Op de zolderetage bevinden zich twee vensters.
Achter de boerderij bevindt zich de aangebouwde schuur uit ca. 1920.
Deze is opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen en heeft een zadeldak met zwarte muldenpannen.
Waardering.
De Wederopbouwboerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw, het is tevens van belang als vroeg voorbeeld van het herstel van oorlogsschade in de beginjaren van de Tweede Wereldoorlog en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de ornamentiek en de wijze waarop wordt teruggegrepen op het traditionale streekeigen boerderijtype om de inpassing in het dorpsbeeld te bewerkstelligen. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid en is als vroeg voorbeeld van een Wederopbouwboerderij zeldzaam.

LONG-FACADE FARMHOUSE, built in Traditionalist style in 1941, as a Reconstruction farmhouse as a result of war damage. The adjoining barn was built around 1920. The farmhouse stands at the intersection of the Beerseweg and the Emmerseweg.
Description.
The facades of the farmhouse on a rectangular plan are built up from machine-made brick with roll course at the plinth. The half-hipped roof is covered with thatch, the eaves are laid with red improved Dutch roof tiles. The facade is extended on the left and right with a low brick wall under a saddle roof ridge. From left to right there is first the stable section with regularly placed wall openings. These are two narrow windows, arched stable doors, an arched six-pane stable window, again corbel-arched stable doors and an arched stable window. The residential section has two sash windows with three-pane fanlights, a door and another sash window, under a frame. The semi-clamped front door is accentuated by two brick walls with curved iron rods. The arched door has a rectangular window with ornamental ironwork.
In the fanlight there are ornamental glazing bars. Above the door a semicircular roof dormer with small glazing bars is placed in the thatched roof.
In the right facade there is a sash window with three-pane fanlight and a basement window with upper room and casement window. On the attic storey there are two windows.
Behind the farmhouse is the adjoining barn from c. 1920.
This is built up from machine-made brick and has a gabled roof with black channel tiles.
Valuation.
The Reconstruction farmhouse is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical significance as an example of the socio-economic development of agriculture, and is also of significance as an early example of the restoration of war damage in the early years of the Second World War and as an example of the typological development of the farmhouse. From an architectural-historical perspective, the property is of significance because of the ornamentation and the way in which reference is made back to the traditional regional farmhouse type in order to achieve integration into the village scene.
